If you like noise and fights this is your hotel
This is a new hotel with new amenities. That is the only good part for this hotel. The police were at the hotel twice, Multiple guest cursing and complaining about charges and theft at front desk. There was a fight in the hallway outside our room and a guest pounding on the door attempting to get into a room next to ours. She walls were shaking from the pounding .When I spoke to front desk the next morning they said don’t worry they should be checking out. They didn’t.. Hallways were generally full of crumbs and debris. Breakfast was the same thing and was very limited when set out. People left plates and food on the tables and no one cleaned it up. Only one elevator worked for first three days. Asked manager what could have been done about the fight and was told I should just call police. Every night there were people running the halls and screaming until after midnight. My family did not feel safe or heard Hopefully the clientele and management step up their game

We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and beautiful this hotel was. Our stay couldn’t have been better. The room had a kitchen stocked with pans and dishes and everything I needed to prepare a light lunch. Eco friendly as you can choose not to have towels washed each day. The beds were made with crisp sheets and pillows. The art in the room was beautiful Great location great customer service!

This hotel is perfect if you're visiting the Fun Plex next door. It was great the rooms have a full kitchen and laundry room on each floor. We purchased the discounted wrist bands which had unlimited rides. We will definitely return again.

First and foremost, design and look of the hotel is amazing. Very modern and my wife and I loved it. The breakfast was vert good as well as we seen in other reviews. The pool area was so clean and well kept, please what you do please keep it that way lol. Now the room itself was amazing so nice with all the at home amenities. Stove top, dish washer and plates and utensils it was a pleasant surprise and me and the family loved it . The hotel is literally next door to FunPlex, seriously you open one door and its right there in the same parking lot. We ae definitely booking this hotel again. Also for anyone who is planning on booking this hotel, make sure you book the hawthorne suites side with all the extended stay amenities. This was a great weekend stay and we definitly reccomend it

I love the fact that this hotel provides dove products also for breakfast they even serve veggie sausage, which I never gotten at any hotel, which I love my stay here was great. I stayed for a week and had no issues and no problems. Everyone was very helpful and that’s what made this place a great place to stay.

The one and only issue i had is that the pool water was cold and when i called about it they said it is already set at the temperature to be warmed and they can not change it. I was very disappointed because that's one of the reasons i booked this hotel was to swim.
