50 Years of Friendship
This was our Hooks High School 50 year reunion girlfriends get together. We loved our stay. The home was comfortable and well- equipped with amenities. It was just right for a bunch of old ladies to sit around and catch up and share some meals. Had we WANTED to be adventurous, we would have really enjoyed playing in the lake; however ,the beautiful lakefront Property with sunset views fit us just right!

Great Lake House!
This was our 3rd trip to the house and we had another great time. Our son brings his 2 buddies (all 13 this year) and they are in the lake all day playing around the dock. Perfect size for 6. A good grill and fire pit. Related notes: Brookshire's in Pittsburg has all you need, Barrel House in Winnsboro is a really good place, and caught a lot of fish with Chris Caswell (fishing guide) - plenty of room on his boat and he is great with kids.

Sweet spot
Beautiful home with quick access to Mt. Pleasant and Pittsburg. Go check out sweet shop U.S.A. in Mt. Pleasant. We did a chocolate tour and came home with lots of goodies. We did have our pups with us and loved how clean and kept up the property is. Safe neighborhood. Lake was so quiet, which is what we were looking for.

This lake house has it all! The home has plenty of room and entertainment for a family with 4 teenage kids. From the slide, to swimming, fishing, canoeing, sun bathing, there was plenty to do. We have a “special” member of our family and they were so accommodating. The sunsets were amazing. We will be back for sure!

Perfect House on Lake Bob Sandlin
The property was perfect for my Spring Break fishing trip with my two grandsons. There was covered parking for my boat and the dock was a plus for us to come in off the lake for lunch each day. The Xbox was also a big hit for the boys each day while i prepared our dinner. I will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was easy to find, clean, and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area was fantastic! We had really windy, cold weather, but we still had a great time. We can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer!

We spent a few days here with family and had a wonderful time! The house is even nicer than described and super clean. The lakefront view and porch are incredible, not to mention the awesome boat dock. Scott and Liz were super responsive with all communication and the neighbors are super friendly. Beautiful hidden gem with the PERFECT location!

Lake Bob Sandlin, with a great view and fantastic sunset.
This was a great place to relax overlooking the lake. There’s a good dock for parking a boat or playing in the water in the summer. The house was comfortable and has all the accommodation details we needed. The location is great with easy access in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect stay
Home was really clean and updated. Check in process was easy. Dock was lovely, tried fishing, but they ate our worms, just didn’t get hooked. Had lots of movies to pick through and Xbox and board games to play. Quiet neighborhood and close to Pittsburg. Hosts were super prompt with responses and really kind. Kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals. Wouldn’t have changed a thing and will stay again. Thank you!!
