Weekend Getaway
This is cute little cabin in the pretty Oregon backdrop. It is accurate in it's description. My girlfriend and I stayed for four days and enjoyed every bit. We did run into a few issues easily overcome, the back room breaker tripped due to the loading from heaters and lights being on at night. The electric fireplace did not want to work with us so we used the wood stove instead. There was plenty of wood, just needed kindling to get it started. It was close to lot's of amenities and snow capped slopes not far away. We would definitely go back!

Cute place
Property was fine what we needed. It's out dated, the bedrooms were very warm at night and the neighbors are very close and noisy. Seemed pricy for what we got.

A funny little house
Funny little house with a lot of personality. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire table, bbq, everything was well stocked and it met our needs on this short trip. Minor complaints would be that it was hard to get comfortable on the living room furniture and listing it as waterfront/ creek or riverside property felt like a huge stretch and was one of the top two reasons we booked this property. That was a little disappointing and we spent quite a bit of unsuccessful time trying to get to the actual Salmon River.

Cute for the price!
Cute for the price! There was no propane for the gas fire place and only about half the space heaters worked, but once that got filled (our second day) we were all set.

Quaint cabin in quiet
Very cute structure and as advertised. I think our dog had the best time between the three of us. The house is well appointed and had all the amenities. We saw deer and their fawns. We could hear the Salmon River raging about 50 yards away which was soothing yet frustrating because there is no direct access or way to get down there without crossing private property lines or risk breaking an ankle. There are other properties very close nearby so it wasn't as secluded as advertised but everyone kept to themselves for the most part so it was fine. Just a few things could use attention - the initial odor upon entry was not pleasant but was solved with opening up the place, the latch on the front door screen didn't close so our pup escaped a couple times, and the bathroom sink needs to be propped open to drain. These are all little things that didn't detract from the lovely time we had. Thank you.

Great little community where the cabin is located. Hiking trails are close.
Pictures make the cabin look like it’s the only one. There are neighbors close by. If you have vertigo, the bedrooms are at a slant. However, the beds are comfortable. Had to hook up the Roku. Direction to the fireplace are outdated. Hot tub was fixed and in working order. It would be nice to have a covered area to go between the cabin and the hot tub. Otherwise you are getting muddy. Kitchen is a one butt kitchen. There are no mixing bowls to put salad in or to mix up pancake batter. Great little place to stay for a long weekend.

Electric box broke/ no real heat
Stayed one night at this cabin. Awseome place, only complaint was the electric box blew within 10 minutes of staying there. The electric fireplace did not work at all, back bedrooms were freezing. Had to keep the small space heaters running all night and old style fireplace going. Experience was good, but wished this wasn't an issue. Luckily I was a Boy Scout and currently in the Military, so it didn't bother me too much. Though it felt like a Survival for warmth game. Would like to give another shot, but would like maintenance too be well up to date please.

We had a great time. The drive to the house is a little rough but there’s nothing they can do, just expect a rough road from mountains. Small house with great porch and fire pit! Loved it! Thank you!

Cozy Cabin
LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay here. Such a cute cozy cabin. Beautiful neighborhood. I was worried about cleanliness due to some of the comments but it was perfectly fine. Typical cabin feel with a few cobwebs but nothing to complain about in my opinion.

Cabin “that should be condemned “ in the woods!!
this property is NOT SAFE the electrical wiring is hanging everywhere The broken windows are covered with Saran Wrap the other windows do not open The toilet does not work There are mice in the kitchen The appliances like the coffee make blow out the electrical when you plug in The Hot tub is wrapped in spider webs and half filled with brown water The worst of all, a shed less than 200 ft way a from front door had a tree come down on it, it was left that way with broken glass, shattered timber, nails, ect. This shed is your entrance to front door I can go on and on....simply put...DO NOT STAY HERE....it is very bad

A small rustic cabin in the woods was just what I was looking for. I love all of the windows. Back deck was a great place to sit and work. It is very quiet and peaceful. The amenities are basic but I had everything I needed. I will definitely come back for another peaceful get away.

Don't waste your money
Bad experience! We arrived at 6 pm Friday and left at 9:30 am Saturday. When we first arrived it was chilly so we needed to get the cabin heated. There was a gas fireplace but it doesnt work. There is a wood burning stove but we had to head back out to buy wood and matches. After getting the wood burning stove going it was dinner time. There was a bbq on back porch but so dark and no lighting. Cooked dinner on the stove. Went to get silverware out of drawer, but wasn't washed well and still had food attached. Watched a movie then went to bed. The bed was the most uncomfortable. Had a dip in the middle. Didnt sleep well at all. So we decided to leave a day early. The overall feel of the cabin was that it was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty, the windows in kitchen and living room didnt go all the way to the wall and were cracks where cold air could come in. The bedding smelled as though it hadn't been washed and the rugs had stains on them. A major upgrade needs to be done on this cabin to warrant the price per night that they are asking. So disappointed in our stay.

The cabin is a bit “rustic” but still comfortable. Creek is a 5 minute walk through forest, not directly behind house like anticipated. Also the hot tub is out of order. Overall good experience. Great location!
