ā Cleaning of the entire chalet at the end of the rental period is included, with the exception of the kitchen, which is the responsibility of the tenant; any cleaning charges may be invoiced in the event of non-compliance.
ā Household rubbish must be deposited by the tenant in the containers provided for this purpose along the main road at the entrance to the access road.
