Some opportunities for improvement…
This was the 3rd or 4th time we stayed at Hotel de Ladda. It’s probably still the best hotel in Mukdahan, but certain things begin to show age. The beds are very comfortable and large (wider than a California King size), but the plumbing in the bathroom is not too well maintained. For instance, shower head fixtures are loose, sink has no hot water. Also, breakfast could be improved by having more fruit choices instead of just water melon. Some pineapple would be extremely welcome by most guests, I’m sure!

Probably still the best in town
Stayed here for the first time three years ago, and for the second time now. Service and maintenance could be improved. For instance, shower door seals are slowly coming off, toilet paper dispenser not properly attached to the wall. Also, unloading/loading luggage is quite difficult with sloping hotel entrance and undersized carts. Breakfast has improved, however, and is now buffet-style. View onto Mekhong River is, of course, always a special treat!
