Left my stuff in storage apparently the only other person to enter after me didnā€™t rummage throw my stuff and steal from me. Staff tried to make me seem like I was the idiot in the situation her poo service if they did this in storage I would watch for your valuables in your room. No help no offer of some sort of here is a deal or money off your stay we regret something to keep a customer. It sucks being gaslight. Come here at your own risk

Our apartment was definitely a lot more dated than the one shown in the Hotels.com pictures, so thatā€™s a bit misleading. Second room with the bunk bed actually had no window for example. However, for an overnight stop to accommodate five people I think the ResidHotel still offers good value. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lad at reception could not have been more helpful, and the location is pretty good. We also used their secure onsite parking.

There was a strong pungent smell of damp in the room. The whole floor including corridor were full of smell. The toilet exhaust fan was not working. The minimum temperature for air conditioning was 21. The parking lights were not working. All night there were loud noises coming from different rooms and no body was available to take the complaints. Overall it was poor experience. I booked it for three nights but stayed there only one night. I complaint using the Expedia message but received no response of messages.

I hope they fix this up a little
The location was amazing. The parking is limited so make sure to book asap. $10. The AC was great. . Tv was good. The bad.. the elevator was broke and we were on the 5th floor. They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not. Down up down up.The laundry listed is in a basment dungeon that is wet and dark. It costs 4$. The check in time was listed at 4 but it was closer to 5. The shower is beat up and you have to hold up the hose to get your head.

Location and staff were good. Had to walk through a very dark parking area to get to hallway where room was located. The room was quite old looking but seemed clean enough. We had to purchase coffee, which would have been fine, however the electrical outlet in the kitchen didnā€™t work and when we moved the coffee maker to a different spotā€¦the only bedside table, it would not actually make a cup of coffee. The heater in the bathroom would not create any heat, and the shower was only handheld.

The bed is terrible. It has not improved its quality. The centre of the bed sinks a lot and it hurts so much my back that I didnā€™t rest well during my stay in Mulhouse and hence disrupts my trip a lot. With such price per night, I later found that there are better options nearby and hence upset me. However, these complaints are directed at the facility rather than the staff. The staff was helpful but they could not change the quality of the bed.

First impression it looked like a youth hostel and after we got to our rooms the impression didn't change. Room was sparse, bed uncomfortable, the curtains were hanging off the wall, and not very clean. Would not recommend this hotel. Only saving grace was it's proximity to the old town and the Christmas Market. Was embarrassed as we had brought friends along with us. Overall not a great experience. Can't understand how it was rated so highly on Hotels.com

Huge problem checking in. Note that since March due to Covid their reception closes at 17:00 whilst description notes 22:30. A solution was found but it was email that had gone to my spam and hadn't even uploaded. Finally rang an emergency number and someone appeared. Nice apartment -quiet - good location- no complaints just the check in process.
