My stay at this hotel was far from what was described. Despite filing a complaint with Hotels.com, I couldn’t get anyone to assist me in finding a different place to stay as the staff did not respond to my initial complaint. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, causing us to cough throughout the night. The bed and floor were dusty and dirty. The electric blinds were not working, making it uncomfortable to wake up early (around 4 am) due to the sunlight. Additionally, the telephone in the living room didn’t work, which was concerning in case of an emergency. When I went to the front desk, which was not available 24/7, I spoke to the hotel manager who was very rude and refused to acknowledge the poor condition of the room, even after I provided all the evidence. All my requests made in person, via calls, and emails were ignored.

The room was very clean and we loved the features. There were a lot of outlets which was appreciated. The only thing I would say is the water pressure was extremely hard which made it difficult to shower but not a big deal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was very good the only downside is that the bathroom smelled a bit bad. The location is good, close to the oktoberfest. And public transport is nearby.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood not far from tram terminals. The basic rooms are okay. You can upgrade for a luxury room. There are great restaurants nearby and an amazing grocery market in the same building. Paid parking garage. Not bad overall.

This hotel was really great and especially for its price! It’s a tad far from the centre, but the comfort of the inside makes you want to stay indoors anyway. I was there for two days and have told myself if I came back to Munich, I’d definitely stay there again!
