The hotel is located next to main train station and has good connections to Munich airprot. It is walkable to the old town. Rooms are well designed and specious. Staff is super helpful. I love the fact the hotel is collaborating with local museum and provding complimentary access to them.

Very good stay!

Despite all the negative comments I read my stay at the hotel was very good! The hotel is well located close to everything touristy and transport. The hotel is clean, modern, updated and everything you can possibly need in a room. Room service was prompt, housekeeping daily, free water in the room… no complaints. My only comment is the bed is very springy and the pillows too soft. But that is a personal preference!

The room had very little light (1 lamp and complete darkness over desk). Service was weak. Reception, housekeeping and room service phone lines would go unanswered. Service at the restaurant was lacking. Omlette server seemed to disdain scrambling the egg. WiFi was horrible.

Comfortable and centrally located

Great location just opposite the Munich HBF. Welcoming atmosphere. Hotel exterior however looked old & tired for a 4/5 star hotel (especially compared to Sofitel just across the street which was decked out in Xmas lights and looked magical). Room is too dark with too few lights, a little dated out otherwise spacious and very comfortable. Tried the pool but it was just too cold to swim in winter (slightly heated but insufficiently).

Very pleasant 3 night stay. Easy to get to main station. Breakfast amazing and so much choice. We had dinner one evening and had fo leave some as so much food. All staff very nice and helpful.

Staff were excellent and property was well maintained. Property was next to an adult nightclub with noisy patrons. Also heard lots of police sirens in middle of the night
