The hotel was nice, clean, and convenient. Our only criticisms were the pillows were not comfortable, and there were no wash cloths in the shower. We did not have breakfast included in our price. We did go down one morning to get a quick bite, but were surprised at the cost as it was a buffet, so we didn't go. But they were kind and gave us a cup of coffee.

We visited Munich for a holiday but also to see the 2 Metallica shows. The hotel was ideally situated as the underground was literally around the corner (we got to Marienplatz in 10 minutes, which was great as there were no restaurants in the immediate vicinity) and the gig venue was only 1 stop away. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The only thing that let it down slightly for us was the very limited menu in the restaurant and the waiting staff weren't the cheeriest - especially at breakfast time. However, I would definitely stay here again.

All the hotel parking was taken by concert goers (the hotel is a 20 minute walk to a stadium), which is where I had to pay to park. The staff said there’s nothing they can do about the parking. I would suggest removing “free onsite parking at hotel” from the website. It should be for hotel guests only. The drinks were good. The food was terrible. The staff was kind enough. The room was adequate. But really, the parking issue was the main reason for this poor review.

Loved the small things like a wireless charger on the nightstand. Online checkin, the tablet to help with anything you need. The toom was clean and comfortable. The subway is right across the street so easy to get everywhere.

Friendly staff, quiet room, comfortable room, there is a playground for the kids nearby, big park, U-bahn 5 minutes from the hotel. But the door to the bathroom was from the glass and very heavy, we couldn't even close it properly. The room was very clean and I've found some hairs in the bathroom and on the bed.

Not my first visit to this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for a month 9 years ago for a business trip. Rooms are starting to show their age and could use an update. One of the bath towels were had black spots all over it and was dirty. Breakfast is great. If you drive there beware of clipping your wheel when driving to the entrance of the hotel. Its pretty tight when cars are parked at the corner.

Rooms were nice and location was accessible. There was not enough parking available for customers. We were meant get some free wine and a free upgrade as mentioned by expedia. But none of it was there. We were too tired at the time of check in so we did not care to ask or complain.
