Staff were not helpful and some plain rude. Asked to get our room cleaned and they didn’t do it two days in a row and when they came the second day were complaining the whole time. No lunch at the restaurant over the weekend. Room service stopped early. Ordered breakfast that never came, they did take it off the bill. Not very friendly or helpful would not recommend.

breakfast is very good with a lot of varieties, waiters are friendly. reception people are very nice as well. we had dinner for 2 people and food was not good and far away from known Italian quality and taste. Sophie at the Italian restaurant is very nice and considerate.

Great new hotel, but a little far out of town
Very modern and comfortable, brand new hotel. Great bar and restaurant (albeit, I would have preferred a German restaurant, rather than Italian). Slight negatives were that check-in was very slow and that I was charged €9 for 2 coffees, because I missed breakfast by 4 minutes. Also, the location isn't great if you like walking to places.

There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower when we arrived to our room. There was a piece of plastic in my ravioli which they told me was brought in so it’s pre made, very expensive dining menu for frozen/pre made food. Breakfast they had gluten free options but the dining menu my friend was limited to only 1 dish so had for lunch and dinner. 1 lady in the Resturant was super lovely and sweet. Spa area was out of service no prior warning, disappointing as only reason we booked this hotel and no reduction in price was offered. Shouldn’t have to pay extra for the airport shuttle most hotels include in their room prices. Breakfast was 26 euro each and everything on the buffet bar the sweet treats looked like it had been sat there for a good while.

Os quarto era excelente, extremamente funcional e o hotel é muito novo, limpo e organizado. Não da para ir a pé aos pontos turísticos, mas isso eu já sabia pois estava de carro, mas é óbvio que existe o transporte público. Recomendo!

The hotel is located in a very depressing area of the city, however it is very well connected to the city centre and the airport. The rooms are nice, as they are new. The service, however, is really not existent, way below average standard. Every request is turned down, nothing is available. Housekeeping is weird and hectic, leaving dirty cups in the room, showing up at weird times. Breakfast service is clearly understaffed, they are unable to keep up with the flow of people: tables are not cleaned on time, so people have to wait to be seated at breakfast, walking around with their plates in their hands. Not gonna stay here again.
