Property is very convenient, across the street from the train stain station. Breakfast is okay, better options could be provided for $28 usd. I stayed at this same hotel in Heidelberg and they had everything around the sun, wish it was the same here. Either way, good stay. Cleaning needs to be better though, the bathroom and dust around things that shouldn’t have in the room tells me they haven’t wiped in ages. I had to buy my own things to wipe to feel cleaner. Either way good location at least.

Most Staff were very welcoming but our check in girl wasn’t very helpful or welcoming, she seemed too distracted talking to the porter. Room was average, unfortunately found hairs in the bed that were not ours. Disappointed to find the restaurant closed for dinner. Breakfast was okay but the food was luke warm. Area outside the hotel was horrific, unsafe, dirty and smelly. Would not recommend to any lone female travellers.

Overall, the hotel is an amazing, friendly and unique place to stay. The building is situated very close to the station and makes going to places very easy and accessible. The staff are absolutely amazing, every hello, thank you, tschüss, groß Gott was nice Everytime I bumped into one of them. Very helpful when we needed any help and even gave us a nice breakfast on my birthday/last day before we headed off back to the UK. The rooms were in perfect condition, can't fault it. The only thing is you could hear people from upstairs from time to time but it wasn't so much of an issue, it's a big hotel and it wasn't noisy. The bed was a little hard for me personally but it's not the worst bed I've slept in other than that the shower was great, complimentary water everytime the room was cleaned, (also to a high standard) the breakfast was amazing, as we are both vegan we didn't know if they would cater to us but we had plenty of choices! We wished we had a chance to have dinner at the restaurant. It's a shame that because of the location it does attract some people that may make it feel unsafe but if you overlook that and ignore it it's a really great place to stay. Thank you for having us. Hotel was amazing on the inside and had a really good breakfast. Had all great amenities, just in the night there appears to be quite a lot of homeless people and trash in front of the building. Also the parking advertised is not correct they do not have their own parking, they have a near by parking structure that is monitored by a car rental company.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. City view from 13th floor was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. Bed was decently comfortable with lots of pillows. Hotel is situated with easy access to public transportation, tourist spots, restaurants. Cons (for me): shady characters (more than an few) outside the hotel and in the vicinity. This might be due to being so near public transport. Hotel had a very strong floral scent (not the room tho), which is a bit nauseating. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Right across the train station so there was noise coming from the street which you can hear from your room. Very convenient location if you are planning to take day trips. Did not try the restaurant so I can’t comment on that. Room large enough for 2. Clean. Had an issue where shower water was not draining fast enough.

This hotel was a short walk from the Munich Central Train Station. It is central to many transportation options so one can enjoy the many beautiful historical sites of Munich. It's in a very busy part of the city but our room in the hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
