Centrally located two bedroom, two bathroom home located in downtown Munising. Close to Bayshore Park where the Pictured Rocks Cruises depart. Enjoy family time in the back, private patio and roast marshmallows over the portable firepit. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room with cable TV and WiFi throughout the house. Linens and towels also provided. Those traveling with children can rest at ease knowing the house is also child friendly and includes a Pac-n-Play. This home is also pet friendly for an $80 pet fee plus tax. An additional pet would be another $50.

Great cozy home
Home is cozy & felt very comfortable- Went to visit my daughter & her family who live 4 blocks from the rental. Home is older but clean & well-kept. Within walking distance of many stores, shops, and boat rides/ dock. Could use a second TV and second blow-dryer:) Back yard is enclosed and private. Would recommend this home and would stay here again:)

A great stay in Munising!
Our stay at the Rock House was nothing short of exceptional! The location was perfect to start our daily adventures from. I especially liked that we were able to park our vehicle in the garage and that the house came equipped with a pack n play so I didn’t have to pack my own! The house is clean, well maintained, and we will definitely be coming back!

Very clean property. Had everything needed in the kitchen. Nice patio chairs and table. We used the garage nightly and the fire pit a few nights. We walked daily to the pier and around town to the gift shops, hardware, and restaurants. We brought our own kayaks and used them at beaver lake, au train river, and close by on a calm day in Munising bay.we also did some hiking to see some waterfalls and the viewing areas on the pictured rock cliffs. We would definitely stay at the rock house again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this adorable house in downtown Munising! We enjoyed the proximity to everything in town as well as the backyard for late night bonfires. Our dog loved the place too!

Lovely stay
Nice small property right in town close to shops and eating. We enjoyed being able to walk around town eat/ drink and shop. Only drawback for us was the noise from traffic early in the morning- which isn't the property owners fault! We live in a rural home and just aren't used to it. One suggestion we would make is better/ newer mattresses for the beds. I have back issues and this makes sleeping a challenge. All in all it was clean, nice, close to everything- just what we wanted!

The house was cozy and comfortable. Nice deck and patio. Within walking distance of Pictured Rocks cruise dock, restaurants, bars and gift shops. We could see the water from the front porch. I’d rent it again!

Great Location
We stayed at the rock house as our base for visiting the beautiful areas like - all the local waterfalls, Pictured Rocks (walking distance to tour boat dock) Grand Marais, Tahquamenon Falls & Marquette! Great walking distance Location for Grocery, Restaurants and bars! Had a bonfire for use along with a great front porch and back deck! Everything was wonderful & clean. Our only disappointment was asking for a little later checkout, per their words -making sure you ask the day before- we were declined. Other than that, all was great!! Would rent again!! Cute place & comfortable beds!

We had a great time! Properties was very clean. The back yard had a deck and fire pit. The front porch was nice for sitting and enjoying views of the lake. They had bicycles for us to use. It is in a great location, walking distance to town.

Cute house right in the center of town. Ceiling fans in every room helped keep place cool. Small window air conditioner in front bedroom. Right behind Primo Tacos easy to pick up some food. A block walk to pictured rock cruise port. Had a wonderful stay.

Great Stay in Munising
Our family of 5 had a great stay in Munising at this house. The location to everything in the area couldn’t be better… beautiful beaches, easy hikes, waterfalls and the Pictured Rocks boat tour. If you’re looking for serenity and quiet, this isn’t for you. The house is on the main road with a lot of car and foot traffic. But it was perfect for us to easily enjoy day activities in the area and come back to relax, grab dinner or groceries. The Pictured Rocks cafe and bookstore was great. The house had everything we needed and the property was very clean. Great to have the fenced in back patio for our dogs as well.

MUNISING delight
It was overall terrific. Huge number of hooks for storing everything. Great kitchen, outdoor patio, dog secure backyard, immaculately clean. Finally enough towels in kitchen and baths and beds comfy. Bathrooms wonderful. Cons: no soap or shampoo in showers, the A/C doesn’t not work well with high humidity and heat. One bedroom upstairs has window A/C unit, the other did not and was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Granted, the weather during our stay was extreme. Location is incredible, can walk to everything in town. Basement and laundry facility clean and terrific. Plenty of chairs for outdoor and indoor dining. Almost impossible to find any fault with this lovely home.

We had a great family vacation. House was very clean and great location to all restaurants, shops, boat tour, park, and falls. Had everything we needed and I block to store for items we forgot. Had great front front porch for viewing fireworks and people watching. Highly recommended it!

Wonderful Stay in Munising!
Great location, centrally located to many activities within Munising as well as an excellent home base for day trips to Marquette, Grand Marais, Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point, Kitch-iti-Kipi and more! We spent time exploring the town of Munising, hiking to waterfalls, Pictured Rocks, etc. The house was clean and fully stocked with all the amenities one could ask for. We also really enjoyed being able to bring our dog! Definitely recommend and we would love to stay again!
