Charming rustic villa of 320 m² located on a plot of orange trees of more than 3000 m² on the outskirts of the town of Muro, easily accessible and very well connected. It is located in a very quiet area, away from the noise and inconvenience of cities and tourist areas. This farm is built and decorated with rustic style. Its fabulous square pool is located in front of the house, surrounded by large terraces that house the BBQ area. A few kilometers away you can enjoy the magnificent beaches of the Bay of Alcudia, known for its white sand, ideal for enjoying a day at the beach with the family.

Can Rius is located between Sa Pobla and Muro, away from the tourist crowds and the bustle of cities. It is close to the towns of Sa Pobla and Pared, where you can find typical Mallorcan restaurants, cellers, tapas bars as well as supermarkets, pharmacies. Just 10 minutes away are the most beautiful beaches in the area, Playas de Muro, Alcudia Bay, Son Real, Sa Pobla is a small town with little tourist interest but it is one of the villages with more culinary tradition, and is famous for your Dimonis parties in San Antoni and also where you can find the best restaurants to taste tapas, typical rice dishes, their artisan market every Sunday, there is a lot of village atmosphere at night, people go out to be fresh and taste some tapas with Friends in your place.
