About this accommodation
The Finca Son Albufera is located on a plot of 2,500 square meters, embedded in a 1,500 square meter, lovingly landscaped Mediterranean garden with a lawn around the pool. Various terraces offer the opportunity to sunbathe or retreat to the shade, depending on your needs. A comfortable seating area and plenty of loungers as well as an outdoor bathroom complete the picture. The property is completely protected from view.
The accommodation
The spacious living area with modern and comfortable seating area, satellite TV and wood-burning stove as well as the dining area with 8 seats adjoin the kitchen, which is open to one side and is equipped with all technical amenities. The four double bedrooms and three bathrooms can be reached via a small hallway. Two of the bedrooms have bathrooms en suite, the other two share a large bathroom with double sinks. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. All rooms in the finca are at ground level; there are a few steps in the garden.

Air conditioning/cold/warm is billed according to consumption, with a deposit of €300
Heating costs: November to December 2023, an additional €15 per night will be charged. (can be booked on site)
January to April 2023 an additional €25 per night will be charged. (can be booked on site).

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Fabulous place for a stay
We had a brilliant time at this fabulous villa. Greatly laid out and had everything we needed. Fresh eggs delivered one day was a nice touch. Muro was a 5 min drive, but far enough away to have peace and quiet (except for the cockerels!) Highly recommend this for a place to stay One suggestion for the owner. Have some more instructions to use things like the tv, which bin for what type of recycling, how to turn on the hot water etc

Beautiful finca in rural location
We had an incredible stay at this property. The pool was a very good size and the outdoor area was lovely - we made good use of the BBQ and outdoor seating areas. Inside was very clean and the kitchen has been newly renovated - the pictures in the listing appear to be outdated. The grounds are large and it feels nice and remote, which is what we were after. Mostly farms around, with the owners living next door. They would clean the pool and water the plants early each morning. Air con is charged separately but ours came to only €45 for the week, which is quite reasonable. There was a washing machine in a wet room accessible from the outside. This property had everything were looking for in a week long stay and would definitely stay again!

Tolle Finca mit super Pool
Das Haus und das Grundstück mit den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten war fantastisch. Der Pool hat eine super Größe und ist den ganzen Mittag/Nachmittag in der Sonne. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und einen großzügigen Obstkorb mit sehr leckeren Früchten. Die Ausstattung der Finca/Küche ist gut.

Wunderschöne gepflegte Finca
Ein Traum von einem Haus auf einem sehr gepflegten Anwesen. Optimal für eine Gruppe, die sich gerne am Haus aufhält und abends den Grill nutzen möchte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit reichlich Obst willkommen geheißen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts.

Wunderbar
Wir waren mit 3Paaren in der Finca. Die Finca liegt tatsächlich sehr versteckt, ohne Auto läuft nichts, aber das ist ja auch klar. Die Anlage ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und wird ebenso täglich von den Besitzern morgens gepflegt. Es war alles sehr einladend und wir haben uns sofort pudelwohl gefühlt. Am Pool laden die verschiedenen Sitzgruppen zum chillen ein, die bequemen Liegen lassen auch ein Nickerchen zu. Der Pool ist mega schön. Im Haus ist es geräumig und ebenfalls alles gepflegt. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht ( vielleicht noch 1-2 Schüsseln dazu?). Die Zimmer und Bäder genau wie beschrieben. Die Betten sind tatsächlich ziemlich hart, da waren wir 6 uns einig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Tiere in der Nachbarschaft haben uns nicht gestört. Insgesamt haben wir wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht und können die Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Juste superbe
Une magnifique Villa! Au milieu de rien mais proche de tout! On se sent à la maison. Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Point négatif, la taille du robinet de la cuisine et pas de plat pour faire des quiches Lorraine LOL Il fallait bien que je trouve quelques points négatifs . Tout était parfait, on a juste envi de revenir !

Dank der sehr schönen Finca mit sehr sauberem Pool und traumhaften Garten konnten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen. Nachdem wir aufgrund eines Stromausfalls kurzfristig vom Grundstück ausgesperrt waren, kamen uns innerhalb von Sekunden die hilfsbereiten und überaus freundlichen Vermieter zu Hilfe und lösten das Problem schnell, nie war unser toller Aufenthalt gefährdet.

Erholsame Osterferien 2021
Die Bilder entsprachen zu 100% der Wahrheit. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist man in Villa Son Albufera genau richtig. Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern da sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Eigentümer, die nebenan wohnen, sind super nett und haben uns mit Obst und Wein empfangen, Gebäck und Orangen zu Ostern gebracht, für jede Frage sofort hilfsbereit gewesen👌. Nochmal vielen Dank für alles.Solche Vermieter kann man sich nur wünschen. Der Garten mit dem Fischteich ist für Kinder wunderschön zum Spielen und Austoben. Der Pool wird jeden Morgen unbemerkt sauber gemacht, war jedoch in April mit ca. 18 Grad noch ein wenig zu kühl. Die Villa ist ein wenig abseits von Muro gelegen, man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. In der Nähe kann man super wandern, Strand liegt ca. 10 min mit Auto entfernt, nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Muro oder Can Picafort. Als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundung der Insel ist die Villa auch sehr günstig gelegen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ruhige Finca in ländlicher Umgebung
Das Objekt war wie im Inserat angegeben. Fotos haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Der Garten ist super schön angelegt. Zu jeder Tageszeit hat man ein schattiges Plätzchen. Die Betten waren ziemlich einfach und recht hart. Alles was renoviert wurde war hochwertig, die Möbel eher einfach. Die Küchenausstattung ist zusammengewürfelt aber ausreichend. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und sind sehr freundlich. Jeden Tag wurde der Garten gepflegt und Pool ggf gereinigt. Wir wurden mit einem riesengroßen Obstkorb willkommen geheißen. Handtücher zum wechseln gab es leider nicht. In der näheren Umgebung in Sa pobla findet man Lidl und Eroski. Aber auch Can picafort ist maximal 15 Autominuten entfernt. Die direkte Umgebung ist sehr ländlich, nichts zum spazieren. Trotzdem Tiere in der direkten Nachbarschaft waren, wurden wir weder von Hunden noch von Hühnern geweckt. Das Haus ist groß genug für 2 Familien. Ein Mietwagen ist dort ein muss. Wer Ruhe möchte, dem kann man das Objekt ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub in der Nähe von Muro
Uns erwartete eine wunderschöne, moderne und geräumige Finca in der Nähe von Muro. Die Finca ist von einem herrlichen Garten umgeben, in dem gerade die weißen Rosenbüsche blühten. Drinnen warteten ein vielfältiger Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein auf uns. Mückenschutz, Sonnencreme, Gewürze etc. waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Jeden Morgen um 6 Uhr wurde der Pool unauffällig gesäubert. Eine Geschirrspülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine für längere Aufenthalte sorgten für Bequemlichkeit. Die Finca liegt außerhalb von Muro und ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich um einkaufen zu fahren oder um ans Meer zu gelangen. Außerdem ist der sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kontakt zu den Eigentümern, die gleich nebenan wohnen erwähnenswert. Die Finca mit Garten ist rundherum nicht einsehbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca jedem empfehlen, der ursprüngliches Mallorca erleben möchte.

es hat uns sehr gut gefallen 🙋🏼‍♀️👍🏽 Schöne Zeit in Finca und super Pool verbracht/ TOP
Herrlicher Aussenbereich mit großem Pool und zum Glück , ausreichendes Equipment zum sonnenbaden . Schönes eingezäuntes Grundstück und vielen Pflanzen im Garten. Es ist gepflegt und mit seinen 4 Sz und 3 Bädern plus Außenbad gut aufgestellt . Genug Platz für 8 Pers . , das war und sehr wichtig. Leider liegt das Haus in Muro etwas einsam und abgelegen , der kleine Ort ist ruhig und wirkt etwas unbewohnt ( falls man Restaurants sucht ) sollte man schon weiter Rtg Palma fahren . Ansonsten alles fein , falls man nicht zu lange schläft ( da ein Hahn in der Frühe schon lustig los krähte ) empfehle ich dringend Ohropax !! Ansonsten kann man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen .

Alles perfekt, die Finca, die Vermieter, der Vermietservice Küpper, alles super. Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Man kann sich glücklich schätzen in solch einer Finca wohnen zu dürfen.Ein großes Kompliment an die Eigentümer. PS : Uns haben weder die Hunde,die Schafe ,noch der krähende Hahn gestört. Man muss wissen wir wohnen auf dem Land.

Ein Traum von Finca und eine Rückzugsort in der heutigen Zeit
Zum Haus und dem wunderschön angelegten Garten können wir uns allen vorangegangen positiven Bewertungen anschließen. Es ist geräumig und alles war sehr, sehr sauber. Der Pool und der Garten waren jeden Morgen wie durch Zauberhand gereinigt. Hervorheben, möchten wir aber zwei Dinge, die uns an dieser Finca besonders gefallen haben. Die Willkommenskultur, die in diesem Hause gepflegt wird, ist einmalig. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir einen riesigen Obstkorb, eine mallorquinische Wurstspezialität und einen guten Wein. Anschließend wurden wir noch mit frischen Eiern und frischen Obst verwöhnt. Herzlichen Dank Cati. Das Herzstück dieser Finca ist der Pool. Das Ensemble mit der Natursteinfinca, der rustikalen Überdachung und den uralten knorrigen Olivenbäumen lassen den Pool zu einem Traum werden. Die Größe, der sanfte Einstieg ohne Leiter und die geschwungene Form runden das Bild ab. Wir waren begeistert und sind schon oft vor dem Frühstück schwimmen gegangen und spät abends mit Licht auch immer wieder. Es stimmt, Son Albufera ist eine zauberhafte Oase. Wir haben den Urlaub richtig genossen. Diese Ruhe und die Geräusche von Grillen und Fröschen liessen uns dahinschwelgen. Fast wie in den Tropen. Abschließend möchten wir es nicht versäumen uns bei der Agentur Immobilien-Sineu zu bedanken. Der freundliche Schriftverkehr, die individuelle Beratung und die Vorteile einen deutschen Ansprechpartner zu haben, haben wir sehr geschätzt. Für die Vermieter und andere Gäste die Spanisch sprechen:La casa y el jardín bien cuidado, se pueden conectar todos los anteriores comentarios positivos. Es espacioso y todo estaba muy, muy limpio. La piscina y el jardín se limpiaban cada mañana como por magia. Destacando, pero queremos que dos cosas que amamos esta finca. La cultura de acogida que se cultiva en esta casa es única. Para dar la bienvenida que recibimos una enorme cesta de frutas, una especialidad sobrasada y un buen vino. Entonces todavía trataron con huevos frescos y fruta fresca. Gracias Cati. El corazón de esta casa es la piscina. El conjunto con la casa de piedra natural, el techo rústico y antiguos olivos retorcidos hacer la piscina para ser un sueño. El tamaño, la entrada suave y sin una escalera y curvando alrededor de la imagen. Nos encantó y con frecuencia hemos ido a nadar antes del desayuno y por la noche con la luz y otra vez.
