The pool is NOT heated.

When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Great home with Ocean View
There is nothing negative to say! This home was beautiful with everything you need. The owners as well as the property manager were wonderful people. The home is in the perfect spot. We sat on the deck(s) every morning enjoying the ocean, and every evening watching the fireworks. It couldn't have been better. If you stay, add the golf cart!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

Had a great time at Sea Spray, overall was a positive experience with the owners and property manager. Any questions we had upon check in were taken care of quickly! Beautiful and clean place. Also such a short walk to the beach! Made for a great weekend, we would stay here again.

Good housing for a golf outing
I rented Sea Foam and Sea Spray for a golf outing. The properties were clean and in good condition. It was good space for common dining. Everyone I dealt with – Dusty, Gale and Fred – were very responsive, helpful and cooperative. Would gladly rent from them again.

Great Spot and Communication
This place was pretty perfect for our 9th annual family golf trip to the area. There were 6 of us and this home had plenty of space for all of us. It's about a 30 second walk to the beach and about a half mile to the pier and some convenience shops. The hot tub was fired up and dialed in to a perfect 104 the entire stay. The pool is not heated. Fred was accommodating for an early check-in to drop groceries and bags, and was super responsive and attentive to all of our concerns throughout our stay. A few minor inconveniences that could be sorted out for the next group: *The bar area has an ice maker, which would have been handy. The unit was running, the water was on, but it was not producing ice. We just shut it off. *There were at total of two rocks glasses. Really hard to share a nice bourbon at a beautiful home out of plastic cups! *There are NO additional linens provided. No extra blankets for the couch or bed, so be sure to bring your own. *Our neighbors had beautiful landscape lighting around the pool, making the outdoor area very enjoyable at night. Ours wasn't working the entire stay. Fred had it fired up at one point, but it quickly failed again. This would have been a nice touch and would have allowed us to better enjoy the outdoor space later into the evening. Be mindful all but one bedroom are on the top floor, which is the third story and about 40 steps. Also, this is a split residence, so you will likely have neighbors (ours were awesome!). Thanks

Nice property
Overall this property was clean (only the pool was not when we arrived but someone came the next day to clean it) and comfortable for our party of 7. The only issue we found was with the listing description itself - to any people renting, be aware this property comes with no dish soap, paper towels, sponge, or cleaning products. Linens are also not on the beds when you arrive. We were all tired from long drives and flights, and when we arrived late at night, we had to make our own beds. It would have been nice to have a heads up in the description. But overall this is a beautiful home, great location to the Garden City pier and ocean access. We were comfortable and had a great time. I would recommend this property to others.

Buddies golf trip
We rented both sides of the house for an 8 person buddies golf trip in mid-November. Everyone had their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. Plenty of parking. Beach access directly across the street. Hot tub was nice after a long day of golf. Elevator helped take luggage and supplies up and down from the parking level to the 1st floor. Will rent again when we come back to Myrtle Beach area

The property was wonderful and its location to bike week events was perfect. The property was clean and as described. The beach was just a short walk across the street and the pool and hot tub was a relaxing break in the afternoon and evening. Family Memories
This was an amazing location for a family vacation. The elevator allowed a family memeber with mobility issues to be a part of the trip. The pool was the ideal size for splashing around with our 2 year old granddaughter and the hot tub was very welcome after a day of taking in the sights. Being just a "block" from the beach made for some amazing views from the upstairs balcony. Thank you for an amazing stay during our family vacation.

We had a big family trip with grandma, parents and kids. The pool was great and hot tub was awesome! 2 firdges made storing food easy. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach. Would recommend a car, if you plan to travel/drive to bars/restaurants. would stay again!

This property was in the perfect location with Beach access right across the street. The elevator was a great way to get groceries, luggage, etc upstairs. I Loved that it had a long, big dining table so everyone could eat together. I also liked that each room had its own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were also a hit!

The house was nice and very roomy for our group. Just a short walk to the beach which was great. The pool and the hot tub were great! The house was comfy! There were a few things that wasn’t at its best. The cleaning of the house could of been better. The floors where really dirty! There was dust in some of the bedrooms. There were no trash cans in most of the bathrooms. The ice machine by the bar wasn’t making any ice and was over heating so we turned it off. The towel rack in the master bathroom up stairs kept falling off. The front door handle we had to keep screwing back on. It was almost falling off. We were disappointed in the fact that you only give 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I’ve stayed at plenty of rental properties and I know we need to bring extra but at least 2 or 3 per bathroom to start off with. Over all the house was nice and we did have a great time.

Super convenient to beach access
Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at SeaSpray. The proximity to the beach, the pool, and every bedroom having a bathroom are excellent features. The property could use a little TLC: Multiple bathrooms have broken or missing towel bars and toilet paper holders; the corner cabinet in the kitchen is broken; and the ice makers on both refrigerators aren't dispensing ice properly. Otherwise, it's a great property.
