Staff are amazing, beautiful hotel with the woow factor. Food was nice and the amenities were amazing, outdoor and indoor pool. With indoor pool from 10-12 for just ladies only. The only thing i didnt like was the affordable taxis from the app could not pick me up infront of the hotel. Due to the arrangement many hotels have with taxi companies. So had to walk out the hotel grounds to catch my taxi, which did not make me feel very safe especially at night as its pits black there and as a solo female traveller. But i would definitely go back to Muscat and stay at Sheraton. Staff made my day everyday and the peacefulness was very nice.

Poor service from reception
Disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at the Sheraton. Upon check-in, the front desk staff did not offer any assistance or support with my luggage and seemed disinterested in providing a warm welcome. This was not the level of service I expected from a Sheraton hotel. Additionally, I found the bathroom in my room to be extremely slippery, which posed a safety hazard as I nearly fell while taking a bath. Moreover, there was no shoe polish available, which is typically a standard amenity. During checkout, I attempted to contact the reception or front desk multiple times, but no one answered the phone. This added to my frustration and further indicated a lack of attentiveness and customer care.

Our stay in Muscat was made wonderful by the fabulous staff at the Sheraton. The reception, executive lounge and restaurant staff were all so welcoming and helpful. Big shoutout particularly to the executive lounge staff who made it an event very evening at the end of some long days. We felt valued the whole time we were there

The staff were super helpful and welcoming. It was very clean around the hotel including the rooms however maybe the bathrooms can do with a bit of an update - there was a musty smell and the bathtub was a bit old. I took the breakfast option which was a buffet but there wasn’t much selection of hot food and the food was repetitive. However the waiters are all attentive and they do go above and beyond to try to meet your needs. Also, I like to see traditional food options too, but I didn’t see anything at breakfast except for Omani tea. There is a pool area which is very nice as well as spa facilities.

The hotel staff are the biggest asset of this hotel. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel like special guests. The reception staff, restaurant staff and the club lounge provided excellent service and were very attentive. The location of the hotel means it is not easy to seek out alternative dining options but choices at the hotel were good. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed only one night. The check in was quick, sleepers, towels, robes : all was provided. We had stayed in twin bed room, beds are wide. Breakfast is buffet. Many options for vegans. We didn’t have opportunity to check the area around. Locates 30 min drive to Marina for boat trips.

Really enjoyed my time here. Special thanks to everyone at concierge, Issa in house keeping and Philippe in the Courtyard. Lovely experience, only sad thing was the outdoor pool was out of service for three days after a party. Otherwise amazing!

Excellent business/leisure hotel with huge gym, both outdoor/indoor pool, spa center with finnish/turkish sauna. They serve delicious breakfast and buffet dinners. On Wednesdays you can indulge yourself into Delhi/Lahore night, on Thursdays Gaucho steaks and on Friday Omani Sabla nights. I only did not understand why they serve pepsi cola program solely?!

Great Spa Experience & Breakfast Buffet
I stayed here for only 1 night at the beginning of my trip of Oman. It was convenient, comfortable, and clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful which was great. I ate at the restaurant serving the pool area and was disappointed at the slow service. They were clearly understaffed for that area but seemed slow in general. I did eat at the breakfast buffet the next morning and was impressed with the selections and customer service. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The highlight of my stay was the massage at the spa. It was wonderful! I got the relaxing Swedish massage and it was divine.

Stunning pool but service needs to be improved
Quality of the hotel was really good although it was of a 'classic' style and kept very clean. The food was great including the themed nights and huge breakfast spread. The temperature controlled outdoor pool was amazing. Really disappointed in the service ... constantly trying to get attention of staff. We had Club lounge access and they couldn't even get a gin & tonic correct. There is clearly still smoking on the 13th floor in the Club Lounge, but the whole floor smells. On the morning of New Years Eve, there was a note under the door to say that the outdoor pool area would be closed from 14:30 to set up for the party that night. Very disappointed that we weren't notified about this at check-in or at least given more notice so that we could have planned our days accordingly. If staying at the hotel over 31 December then make sure you ask for a room that doesn't overlook the pool as it was very noisy.
