After 12 nights here and as a 40+ yr old Solo western female I can honestly say that this hotel and irs super staff could not hace done anything more to make me feel comfortable and extremely welcome. W Hotels offers in house events and a music / design aesthetic which was so pleasing making staff feel great to be working there. I had some brilliant conversations with staff of all ranking and ages who really gave super service throughout. The pool / gardens area is very beautiful, safe for kids and extensive, the public beach access is direct onto a very popular friendly beach. A huge variety of eats available around the hotel in a very nice part of Muscat next to Opera House and the quality of food available at the hotel restaurants was in my experience very pleasing. I fell in love with Oman and the staff/ hotel have made it very easy to return.

This was one of the best vacations we had. The place is a small paradise in the beautiful landscape of Muscat. Yet, the most impressive was the staff - friendly, forthcoming, professional, well organized, excellent communication skills, and always ready to help. The Harvest restaurant team - Sonya, manager Saddam, Yahia, Emmanuel, Pathum, Ank It, Wiam, and all the others - they made our stay pleasurable and relaxing experience. hotel and rooms are nice, service is slow at best and always forgetful. Also in some hotel venues staff are rude and do not accommodate hotel guests in the least.

The W Muscat is absolutely amazing ! The staff, the cleanliness, the spacious room, the lovely pool, absolutely everything !! We were there for one week with our 5 yr old son. There were so many places to have lunch / dinner in the hotel and also many delicious restaurants and coffee places a few minutes walk away. Aram coffee just around the corner was also convenient and perfect to feed delicious food and drinks to big and small people! Top location. One of the best hotel we ever stayed at. We are already planning to go back!!

Beautiful property and very friendly staff. Caroline was the front desk agent that checked me in and she was SO helpful! She informed me of all the activities I could do in the area as well as how to get to may places simply by walking. Big Kudos to you Caroline!
