You and your family will enjoy their stay here in this fully remodeled home. This house has been updated from top to bottom. It has a completely new kitchen with all brand new appliances, new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. Its also a fully stocked kitchen. This house house a large living room with a queen size sofa sleeper & love seat, 2 accent chairs and Roku tv. There's 3 bedrooms, two of the rooms each have queen size beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a set of twin beds. Each bedroom has a tv with a Roku. The house includes a 2 car garage, access to the basement, nice fenced in backyard with firepit and deck & patio. There is a gas grill for you to use. The house is a couple miles from Lake harbor Park, approx 4 miles from Pere Marquette park on Lake Michigan. Its only 3 miles from downtown Muskegon and 13 miles from Coast Guard Fest in Grand Haven, Michigan.

Great for family time
Absolutely gorgeous place that worked perfectly for the family reunion! Good balance of indoor and outdoor spaces for people to go socialize or spend some time. Everything was clean, well kept, and beautifully updated. Water pressure and temps were fantastic, plenty of convenience items like towels, kitchen tools, storage supplies, extra pillows, games, etc. Perfect for our needs and we'd definitely recommend it to others!

Delightful Cottage
We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy House. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking and a fenced in backyard. The house was clean and provided everything we did not bring ourselves, and more! The location was perfect access to stores and Lake Michigan. We were two miles from Maranatha Bible Conference, which was our destination for part of each day. Communication with Marcus was above our expectations! We would sure to love to stay again!
