Stairway to Haven is a cottage in the very back of the community, within close proximity to everything Grand Haven has to offer while still offering peace, quiet, and serenity to its guests. It is not unusual to see deer and other wildlife meandering around just behind the property.
Take a short stroll to the beautiful sandy beaches just down the hill, or make the quick trip into Downtown Grand Haven to have dinner, do some shopping, or take in the famous Musical Fountain.
Simply put, Stairway to Haven is the vacation destination you are looking for, just bring your bathing suit and a toothbrush and enjoy everything this property has to offer.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This air-conditioned home has four bedrooms and one bathroom and half bath in the laundry area (basement), a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, and porch areas as well as outdoor sitting areas behind the property and on the side of the house. Two parking spaces are provided.
*Please note that this property is at the top of the hill and there are many stairs (100) to climb to get to the home*

SLEEPING
The cottage sleeps 6 people total which is the maximum occupancy allowed by the city.
EATING
There is a small dining room table in the kitchen that seats 4, and a larger one in the dining room area off the living room that seats 6 people.
PARKING
There are two angled marked parking spots.
THE LOCATION
Highland Park sits across the street and up the hill from Grand Haven State Park. The house is located in the back of the community. Note the property is only accessible by steps up from the parking area.
CANCELLATION
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
