You definitely don't want to miss your stay here!!! We offer 1100 square foot of living area in the lower level of my house. You have your own private doors and exits with your own private full bathroom, beautiful large bedroom with queen bed. This room has a TV a desk and chair and a cabinet with towels and washcloths for your convenience. The second room / bedroom with a common area living room and kitchen. The second room includes a queen fold out sofa, a full memory foam conversion sofa, , a full day bed with a trundle. Also available 2 queen size air mattresses all our beds have brand new cooling gel memory foam mattresses. We also provide a living area for TV and games along with a full kitchen. Stove with a oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee machine with coffee( cream & sugar) coffee cups,glasses, plates, paperware, silverware, pots, pans and all the utensils for cooking a meal inside or out.
Outside we also have a beautiful patio with a bar and a dining area. We also have a cooking area with a grill and Blackstone griddle. You have a nice fire pit at the Crest of the hill with a couch to sit around and just watch the boats go by and watch the sunset. You also have a table fire pit closer to the patio for those that per to relax on the patio. Down on the dock we have more seating. We also have extra slips in case our guest want to bring their own boats or jet skis. We do supply kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, flotation devices, fishing poles and life jackets. We offer all kinds of outdoors games,bocce ball, cornhole shuffleboard, Yahtzee just to name a few. Breakfast is also provided by host.

We are within walking distance of grocery store a couple restaurants,and a couple bars ,along with the party store / pizza shop and ice cream shop. This area provides many fishing areas, bicycle paths many, many golf courses and shopping areas. We are also within walking distance of Croton tubing they also have fishing boats for rent. We are also in within walking distance of Croton dam.
