Situated on Lake Muskoka this property is centrally located between Bala and Port Carling. The cottage is in a bay across from Acton Island which makes the water very calm and ideal for swimming and water sports.
This property sits on 1.2 acres of FLAT LAND VERY RARE in Muskoka perfect for families with young kids to run around the property.
The property has 230 feet of Lake frontage with a sandy beach and gradual slope into the lake. There is also a big granite slab for shallow areas but slopes into deeper water for swimming and water sports.
The main cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 fullbathroom with great views of the lake and a newly renovated kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware.Two of thebedrooms havequeenbeds and the third bedroom has2 twins and bunk bed that converts to a full king or double with trundle….perfect for kids!
Theseparate stand alone boathouse has an open floor plan with a comfortable king bed, two twin beds and a three piece bathroom. The small kitchenette has running water, microwave,coffee maker and a smallfridge. The boathouse is great for anentire family and has a beautifulscreened in porch overlooking the long views of the lake.
The 80’ long dock is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and bask in full sun untillate afternoon. Cool off in the beautiful waters of lake Muskoka and have funon the water trampoline! Testyourbalance and agility skills on the slippery noodle orgo for a slide. Guests also have access totwo kayaks and a SUP board.Forthose who need a break from the sun during the day or want to enjoy an evening outdoors but dislike the bugs….there isa 12x10 screened ingazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture, propane fire tableand outdoor tv!

Amazing stay!
This is what Muskoka is all about. Laid back waterfront cottage with beautiful views of the water. Awesome dock space + screened in area with outdoor fire table and TV. Lots of room for everyone in the main cottage & boat house. Hosts were thoughtful (lots of TP, wine glasses and left a bag of ice in the freezer for us). Property has everything you could want/need and Justin & Jenn are gracious hosts with Justin checking in with us throughout our stay . Would recommend!
