With a cozy rustic interior, this home is well stocked with the basics to ensure your stay is comfortable. Leave no guest behind as this home accommodates large families & the fur babies can join in on the fun as this rental is pet-friendly! Utterson is centrally located only 25 minutes to Bracebridge, 15 min to Port Carling and 40 minutes to Huntsville. Many nearby winter activities like Arrowhead's infamous skating trail, Northridge Ranch Dog Sledding Adventure, Limberlost & Huckleberry Rock Hiking Trails, Cross Country Skiing, Ice Fishing on Three Mile Lake or roasting s'mores at the firepit, there is certainly no shortage of outdoor adventure here. Property was great. Plenty of rooms/beds for everyone, well equipped. Very clean. Location and area is amazing. Holly was fanatastic. She was quick with responses and accommodated specific requests. Would recommend.

This was the best getaway for a long weekend. It is a bit far from restaurants, groceries, downtown etc, especially during a snow storm, however the nature and the silence was out of this world. Holly was an absolute great guide and help! She was responsive to all my questions and even after our stay.

Nice large size bedrooms. Lots of big beds. Everything as listed only room for improvement is a better coffee maker would recommend bringing a french press.

Clean well kept and access to lake
We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 with small kids. The space is well kept, though some of the appliances were old but they were very clean and working perfectly! We enjoy the view of the lake from the deck, and a very big and open space on the main level. Water access is across a road from the property, there is a small sandy beach, some paddle boats and canoes onsite for us to use. Bring your own life jacks. The water is not as clear as a typical beach but that doesn’t affect the kids from having fun digging sand and looking for toads and frogs on the beach! Overall, highly recommended!

This property is exactly as advertised — great location, very clean, open + spacious if you needed to spend a considerable amount of time indoors during your stay. We enjoyed the sandy beach area just steps away. The host communicated all the details necessary for a comfortable stay. We spent a child-free weekend here with friends, but will return in the future with our families.
