This newly built seaside home is just a short walk to the local cafe and picturesque Myalup Beach.
The spacious patio to the rear is a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation and BBQ enjoyment.
The open layout and well-equipped island kitchen are ideal for casual meals and entertaining, with modern technology installed to enhance your experience.
Overall, this seaside home provides a tranquil haven where you can fully enjoy the beauty and peace of your beachside location.
Upon entry, the first room provides a separate TV entertainment area or kids playroom, with board games available and books for leisurely reading and swap-out between guests.
The passage passes entry to the double garage, leading to the open plan kitchen, dining and main entertaining area. A pantry off the kitchen provides all the essential cooking appliances and an assortment of complimentary items including Nespresso coffee pods and teas.
The home is reverse cycle heated and cooled (kindly stay within the recommend temperature band and select the rooms required).
The living area has a 75" TV and a Bluetooth speaker for additional entertainment before leading out to the back sliding door.
