Overall a pretty dirty hotel. Upon arrival the rugs on the floor in lobby are absolutely filthy. Stairwells are not kept up. When we checked in we were notified that they do not clean the rooms during your stay but we can ask if we need anything for the room. Once we went in the room we were met with slippery floors throughout the living area. Almost like they sprayed soap down and just wiped it without using water. The dishes that we were responsible for cleaning were already dirty with the last persons food stay on a few dishes. We obviously chose to forgo using those. The bathroom had hair and dirt from the last or several last occupants. It looked like the toilet surround hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I went to work and cleaned the are myself which is something you don’t want to do on vacation. When reviewing the hotel pre booking it didn’t have the greatest reviews but were in a budget and we aren’t people that hang in the room much. The photos made it look like a funky fun little place to sleep but I would definitely hand over a little more cash to stay at a better location next time. If I had the option looking back I’d request a refund and stay elsewhere. You don’t want to feel even more dirty after stepping out of the shower before you did going in.

The property has a kitchenette where you can cook your own food but they do not have housekeeping services so you have to clean your own room if you have a long stay. Overall a very great place to stay with beautiful ocean view off your balcony. We would be glad to visit this establishment again. Loved this Hotel for our 10-year Anniversary.💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜

The hotel was clean and affordable. The pool & hot tub were smaller but we weren't there much. I would stay there again. The boardwalk was within walking distance with a lot of shopping & food. The beach was also a 5 min walk.

My stay after hurricane Debby
I love the location, I've stayed here before. This time my was musty, but a tropical storm had just passed. This is a basic hotel that is normally clean, and everything you need is close. For the price I love it.
