it was a joke . Dirty inside and out Bags of trash in parking area when i got there Fri and was still there when i checked out Sun. Even more had been added to the pile. Oceanside deck was littered with plastic cups party stuff when i arrived and still there when I checkout. not even have a towel rack in bathroom. windows so dirty sun light would not shine thru them. TV only played cartoons. or pay channels. only half of lights worked all lamps where rusted like there where 100 years old . even after paying a Resort Fee that's high as room charge , never had any one service room hole stay. Worst place i have ever stayed in.

Dump do not stay here
Very nasty , black mold in bathroom and around Wall, double charged,paid before I got there charged again at time of arrival, bed was broke or something terrible place very rundown rusty doorknobs cut my fingers on it , roaches crawling up walls I do not recommend this place rude service when I ask about charge's stay elsewhere

Old and not that clean
The rooms were old and not very clean. It was extremely noisy. The office staff was OK with the exception of the night we checked in. They had an ice machine but no buckets so they handed you a bag to get ice in. The elevator was sketchy. The bed was extremely hard. Will chose differently next time.

After we got checked in, the EE said the elevator to the 8th floor was broke, we had to take the elevator to the 7th floor & carry our luggage up the stairs to the 8th floor. The elevator didn't sound very good due to it shaking as it went up though the floors, and rubbing between the 6-to-7th floor, but we didn't experience any issues with the elevator. We got to the room, the deadlock wouldn't fully lock the door unless you messed with it. The AC was on so the room was comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor. The bathroom floor tile needed a scrubbing to get rid of the dark stains on the floor. We were resting on the bed for a couple minutes, cooling off due to the outside temperature, and carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs, then my wife asked me what that was crawling up the wall, and it was a cockroach. In MB, they call them palmetto bugs but they're cockroaches. If this is your 1st time to MB, you have to realize cockroaches are down there by the trillions, kinda like rats in NYC. But having them on the 8th floor is pretty bad. I killed it and we didn't unpack our suitcases or leave anything opened or unzipped. We went for supper, and when we returned, I took a flashlight and checked over the room for any more C-R's. Didn't find any. If I'd found another one, we would have left. Did find pair of briefs in BR cabinet. The curtains looked new and the shower water was hot. The hotel is rundown & needs major repairs, I won't stay there again.

Being on the beach, we expected this hotel to be a little better maintained then what it was. The elevator was very sketchy and not maintained at all. Should honestly be shut down. Rain leaked into it, you could see the outside sky from the side. It was not safe to ride on. The air conditioner leaked into the room instead of outside so the entire floor was soaking wet. The trim along the wall was coming off the walls, the bathroom floor/walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. It was not a good place at all.

We knew it wasnt going to be the greatest because of the price but it was a nightmare. First room the ceiling had fallen down onto the bed. Second room , filthy! I had sanitizer wipes i carry and wiped everything down just in time to realize my little dog was completely covered in fleas. I have never seen anything like it ! Outside the room was just as bad, covered in garbage.

It was a horrible experience. The hotel was a scam and a complete mess. It’s not worth money. The manager named My is a really rude person. She started screaming when I told her I wanted a refund Because,My room was dirty and full of roaches. I Do not recommend this hotel, It’s is a complete scam
