Wonderful Thanksgiving
The property was exactly as described. We had plenty of room for the 5 adults, enjoyed the hot tub and beach even though the weather was cold. Vicki is great communicator. We had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen had all kinds of equipment!

Overall, great place to stay with many options and centrally located for outings. Enjoyed the beach view but actual ocean swimming was out due to rough water conditions (red flag). No matter, multiple pools, lazy rivers & hot tubs available. Fun time!

We had the best time and the location of the condo was perfect! Vacation with a toddler can be rough, but this property made it so easy to go back and forth to the beach and pool. We couldn’t have been happier! The condo was CLEAN and well stocked! We had everything we needed and more. There was so much to do nearby, and we easily traveled back to the condo for naptime. Would highly recommend this property!

My wife and I stayed here with my daughter and her friend as well as my mother and mother in law. Everything was wonderful Gary and Vicki were able to answer any questions and were quick with answers. They gave us a detailed list of everything in the condo that helped with packing and shopping the location was perfect as well as the pools and ocean access will be staying again

Wonderful first visit to Myrtle Beach
Our VRBO condo was everything we hoped it would be! Vicki was amazing and so communicative throughout the whole process. We typically drive to our vacation destinations and we are used to traveling with so much more stuff. This place had everything we needed from beach chairs to a crockpot. Condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved the location far way from the craziness downtown. There are so many things to do close by and restaurants that you could walk to. We would definitely stay again!

We were very satisfied with this property and the owners. Vicki 's replies were quick and was a delight to deal with. I would recommend this location to anyone needing three bedrooms. The pools were great, we never had any problems getting seats. Wonderful family property.

The property is very well maintained and clean. Communication with the owner is excellent. The condo is equipped with everything you will need for a family to enjoy a week at the beach. We cooked several meals in and had everything we needed. The condo was beautifully decorated and had comfortable beds with quality linens. We sure enjoyed the balcony with the view of the beach and ocean. We hope to be able to return to this unit at Grande Shores.

Great spot and very responsive and friendly host
The only issue that we had with this vacation was that there was very loud construction going on next-door in the building next to our. that is certainly something that was out of the hosts control. This is a great place to stay and well worth the money. I think it was a very high value for the dollar amount that we spent.

Beautiful space and location!!
Let me start by saying that Vicki and Garry have created and maintained a beautiful space. When you step into this condo, you can feel the love put into creating this space and that Vicki and Garry care very much that those visiting their condo have an excellent time. It is clean, comfortable and has everything one would need for a visit to the beach and the location cannot be beat. I visited the condo with my family, treating my parents who are in their 70s/80s to what they felt would be their last visit to Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately during our stay, maintenance on the building that was to be finished prior to our stay had been extended and continued throughout our stay. This was in no fault of Vicki and Garry. They were in constant communication, checking in to see how things were and checking with building management for updates on completion of the maintenance. Vicki was very apologetic and heartbroken we were inconvenienced in any way and did what she could to make up for it. We appreciate how Vicki and Garry handled things. This was not something they had any control over. While our time spent there may not have been exactly what we were hoping for, we adapted and still had a great time. Thank you Vicki and Garry for opening your home! I highly recommend your place to anyone and I hope to visit again soon. Even my parents who thought this may be their last trip to Myrtle Beach are thinking about another trip and hope to stay here again.
