We initially checked in and room had a moldy/mildew smell. We let the hotel know & housekeeping came to spray. That lasted about 10-15minutes & the moldy/mildew smell was back. The hotel then moved us to the north tower on the 4th floor and the room was AMAZING! Very clean smelled clean. We were enjoying until our final 2 days of our stay we were without HOT WATER! We told the front desk & initially we were told its because everyone is running water at the same time. Then we were told it was because the storm damaged the boiler but maintenance was working on it & they will call us back shortly. The call never came & we completed our last 2 DAYS with NO HOT WATER! Nothing was done for the inconvenience. Not a horrible property but communication definitely lacks

We love the easy beachfront access and pools, as well as the clean, updated rooms at Grande Cayman Resort. We've always stayed in a 3-bedroom oceanfront condo with no issues. Parking is tight for larger SUVs, trucks, and vans though.

Oceanfront room. The room was very nice, but the bathtub/shower drained real slow. I really enjoyed my stay

Awful experience

They first put me in a room i didn't request where i had an Major issue with the room and the fact my privacy was awful people from the streets can look directly in my room move me to a partial ocean front that had mold and mildew smell that was making me sick i had to buy air freshner and sleep with the balcony for open for the air it was awful that was my favorite location but never again
