The rooms are not as they look on the website. I ordered a non-smoking room but the other people smoked in the rooms all the time. The smell of marijuana was bad and the shower was terrible. It only draws water very badly. It was not what I expected for my family.

Overall was ok. Easy access to activities, boardwalk and beach. On site cafe was not open, made the morning a challenge with out coffee on site. Some other guests believed they were privileged and above the rules, acting as if they were the only ones on vacation with no concept of civility. Again, is not a bad place to stay for a vacation despite others lack of social grace. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. Worth the stay.

The door to the deck had cracked in it which allowed bugs and knats to come in. We had to kill bugs the entire time. I didn’t feel like I wanted to sit and enjoy my ocean view that I paid for. The bathroom tub was nasty and dirty. The room smelled like weed although it was supposed to be smoke free!

The room was okay; clean, nice balcony and view. The pool was small but adequate deck chairs for everyone. The worst part about the hotel would be the parking. You have to park across the street or a block and a half (or more). Not convenient if you want to go out for a later dinner; you would have to park near a wooded area. The 3 parking areas across the street fill up quickly. When I asked the evening staff person about the parking, she became very defensive and told me there is plenty of parking in their lot #4 ( which is the block and a half away) and near the wooded lot. I asked about valet or shuttle, she told me “you know we don’t offer that. Our security guy can walk you to and from”. I said well, I just won’t stay here again and she told me you can leave now. I told her I spent $2000 to stay, I’m not leaving now and told me to shut my mouth then. So, bad parking and bad attitude from her decreased my rating for this property.
