Although the room was very nice and big with a nice kitchen, we did not have any coffee or tea. The hallway entrance doors, hallways and elevators need a lot of cleaning, painting or repair.

Very Nice Hotel.
Overall the hotel was very nice. I stayed in 3 different hotels on this trip and this one was one of the nicest. Certainly very good for the rate I paid. My only complaint would be the smell when I first entered the room. It was typical of the smell in a hotel room in an old hotel. Everything else about the hotel was excellent.

We loved the view of the ocean and the beautiful boardwalk outside our balcony! There was construction happening across the hallway thus the floor was quite messy and wasn't attended to till the following day. The room was good with a little full kitchen which was a surprise. It would be a great place to spend a week or more and be able to cook yourself if you preferred that. We will definitely come back to enjoy the pool and other amenities in the sister property.

Great location, rooms need some updating, dresser draw was broke, tv had no local news had to stream from your own account if have a steaming service, which I didn’t. Although beds and bathroom were clean, floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long time, you can feel sand under your feet and I spilled some water, the towel I used to to mop it up was flinty! The pillows were so hard and thin I needed 3 to equal a regular pillow height. Although price was cheaper then others in area, I guess you get what you pay for and I understood that so it fulfilled my needs.

Blocked handicap parking
It was Bike Week, which is fine. I respect bikers. However, the hotel blocked off all of their handicap parking spots for bikes. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal to do. My mother has a handicap placard, yet we were forced to park across and down the street. And while the handicap spots were blocked, the 2 spots reserved for the penthouse were left alone. Again, nothing against the bikers, but ALL guests should be treated the same, Bike Week or not.
All handicap blocked off for bike parking.

You had to park across street. Rooms were not cleaned every day. You had to take out your own trash matress just sat on a platform building made me think I went back to the 70s. Very horrible
