The property was beautiful, clean and convenient. We stayed in the Towers - Indigo building. The living room furniture absolutely needs to be replaced. Doors were falling off of the coffee table and it was badly beat up. The sleeper sofa was horrible. I had to go out and buy an air mattress. Kitchen was nice and the master bedroom was nice. The carpet needs to be cleaned or taken out all together. It was yucky. We had a wonderful view of all of the pools. Grounds and hotel staff are great. We had a terrible experience with the "Customer Service representative" and the Automated phone service. It was REDICULOUS! it looped and looped..... it took forever to get a real person. And once we did, we regretted it. He was horrible and rude. So.....I just went straight to the check in building and they were wonderful - friendly and kind. Overall, we would stay there again. It is a wonderful family resort. I just wont call for customer service, that is for sure.

It was a beautiful resort but the room was filthy! We found what looked like pubic hairs around toilet and in the corners of the bathroom floor. Both bedrooms had stains on the carpet that, when we sprayed with hydrogen peroxide, foamed up (meaning it was some form of bacteria). Thankfully, maintenance guys came immediately & steam cleaned the carpets. However, the second day there, we found out the garbage disposal did not work and it backed up the sink drain. But again the maintenance guys immediately came and fixed it! But still, later, we found out the dishwasher did not work and they never came back to fix it until our check-out day (5 days later). We found out the rooms are privately owned so they had to wait for approval to replace or repair anything. I heard some of the housekeepers complaining that one of their bosses told them to skip some cleanings because they were understaffed & didn't have time. The maintenance guys said the facility had hired a new cleaning crew from Jamaica who didn't understand English very well, so rooms were not cleaned they way they were supposed to be. The pools had a DJ from 11-5pm each day and unfortunately, it sounded like spring break instead of being at a beach resort! Overall, I do not intend to return nor would I recommend to my friends.....amybe young 18-20yr olds if they can afford it who want to party & get drunk but not a family with children. It is a beautiful place but housekeeping was horrendous, what a shame.

Property was super nice and clean. The condo was very up to date and just nice in general. Our favorite part were the many pools/hot tubs and that area. The entertainment at the pool area was wonderful as well. It is a decent walk to beach, especially if you have your own chairs/things to take down, but overall very nice, very pleased, and will likely stay again!

The property was amazing! We all loved it. The kitchen was perfect for the kids. The only thing is you should drive to the off site location to check in. This may have been buried somewhere in fine print, but I didn’t see it and lugged a bunch of stuff all the way there by foot, at least a half a mile. If I would have known that, it would have been helpful! But great overall!

I was hoping north beach will be an all inclusive resort and I wouldn’t have to leave the property to buy food, but that wasn’t the case. The breakfast in the cafe and the food by the pool deck area was horrible, so we decided we eat out until our stay ended. Housekeeping does not clean your room, they only empty pick up trash and provide fresh towels. If you want your room clean there is a fee. The night before our last day there, we were coming in and a couple was fighting near the entrance by the elevators. We were concern for the safety of the female involved, but we could not find or see any security guards around, and to be honest I’m not sure if they have a security guard at north beach. We didn’t have a local number for them, the only number I had was the 1-800 number and it took a while for someone to answer so I hung up. We were there 4 nights and I didn’t see security not one time.

We arrived at 3pm and check in was very slow. The beds wwre not comfortable.No service at the beach and if you want a sun bed and ambrella then you pay 45$ extra which is a surprise given that we paid over 500$ per night.

Very nice place to stay.Our condo was nice but I paid over $2600 for ocean front view. We were placed on the 2nd floor.We could barely see the tip of the ocean. This room should be listed as pool view as you will see in the pictures. The walls are very thin! You could hear the people in the next room every time the toilet flushed or taking a shower! Sounded like water running through the walls!The condo was decorated pretty and was very clean! Would definitely stay there again but would prefer a higher floor.

The photos online don’t match the villas, which to an extent I understand because each is individually owned. But to the point where it was unrecognizable is where I became frustrated. Walls are PAPER thin- even though you have your own “condo” you can hear everything from the neighbors. Also- there were stains all over the carpet in the bedroom and couch in living area. For a “nicer” resort you would expect higher cleaning standards. Also found a lot of human hair in the extra bedding bag that is left in the closet so that wasn’t usable. Lastly, the shuttle system to the beaches/pools is subpar. You have to call and wait, which isn’t a huge deal but when it’s a sold out weekend it can take awhile to get to and from the beach. I asked about driving ourselves and they said we couldn’t, we’d have to take the shuttle. Overall just expected more for the price point- especially being a former local who grew up in the area and have been to many of the other hotels and this supposedly is one of the “best”.

First night in a 3 bedroom suite in the towers. We pulled back the sheets and 1 of the beds had urine stains on the sheets. Another bed had hair and price tags from someones clothing on the sheets. Long story short, 2 of the beds had never been had the bed linen replaced. When we called the front desk to report the issue, they sent staff with new blankets and sheets, but front desk guy was rude and never apologized. Just stated he was not housekeeping. This was at 11:00 pm. I called again the next morning to report to management, but was told she was on another line as well as she had another caller on hold as well. I did report the issue on two other phone calls with staff, but i felt some discount was due to me because seeing this was discussing and nnowing this made the stay uncomfortable. Wall in the suit were dirty as well as the doors. More upkeep of the rooms is necessary. Other than this the property was nice.

Was on lower level looked like a storage closet, door was busted and the handle had been prized to the point locking the door was an issue, pull out mattress cover with blood all over it requested for it to be fixed couldn’t reach anyone at the desk, housekeeping brought linen in a trash bag and left outside the door on the door mat instead of changing the bed, shower wouldn’t drain, was suppose to have washer/dryer and didn’t, spent the day moving from one unit to another Moved into a different unit and there was large roaches, couldn’t ever get the shuttle to shuttle us to the beach access, so we had to drive to the parking garage unload then drive up to park then walk down to the beach, very inconvenient and time consuming, checked in on Monday, checked out on Tuesday 2 days early. My first vacation in 9 years, my families first vacation, my sons first time seeing the beach. I’m mad as hell, and now Expedia can’t reach north shore for a refund and we spent almost 900.00 for one day.

Hotel.com completely lied about everything!
I requested a room that was beachfront with a king size bed and when I arrived I was a quarter mile away from the beach in a second floor dirty condo. And because I was not a member I was not part of their group and had no rewards that would allow me to be on beach front do to me having been booked by a third party booking company! I was supposed to be checked in by 4 pm but I didn’t get my room until 4:45 because they were short handed. Then I was told to go do something until they call me. Everything about my stay sucked out loud!!! I should be given at least half my costs due to how everything that I wasn’t anything I requested! This has been a complete disaster and a nightmare!!! Please help me feel a little better about the complete lie on every level!!!!
