Beautiful ocean view from balcony! Room needs fresh paint, lots of previous rough patchwork evident. Found roaches in dresser, bathroom/sink area. Shower head not secured well in wall. Haidryer and holder fell out of wall next to sink. Key cards had to be refreshed almost every time we tried to get back in room even though we were very careful to keep them away from credit cards, cell phones, remotes, etc. Elevators out of service for frat two days. Lastly, fresh towels only available from front desk.

Highly do NOT recommend
Check-in was easy enough and staff efficient. The room was awful! We had to use force to get the door to budge open. On the inside it looked like the door had been kicked in a few times. Layout of the King Suite was awkward with the sink/mirror in the hallway and the toilet and shower opening into the bedroom. TP was on back of toilet because no holder rods to hang tp on. The couch in the living room was filthy - never sat on it. The one light in the living room didn’t work. The door to the toilet was filthy. I wiped it off and stopped when I realized it was possibly dried blood. Burn holes in the curtain and blanket. Saw several roaches. The whole place smelled like weed. Bedding appeared clean and bed was comfortable enough. View was beautiful and pool looked well maintained.

Handicap bathroom what ???
The door didn't deadbolt .. lo and behold my wife is getting out of the shower this morning and the door just opens up. One of the cleaning people or somebody that work there it opened the door up and said oh I'm sorry and closed it back. Wow even though you say I'm sorry that doesn't fix the fact that you walked in on my wife getting out of the shower. She is in shell shock now our trip ..the toilet was so close to the ground that my handicap bathroom was a death trap . No hand rails. Bathroom door opened going in making it right trying to get around to walk in shower.. however the water pressure was nice and it was really hot so out of the whole bathroom experience at least the water was hot that's how I'm looking at it keep from being mad that I had to go to the store this morning before I can even start my day to use the restroom so I can go back and take a shower

Booked 4 rooms 6 months ago. Arrived for our stay and was told they couldn't give us rooms together but he would refund our money if we wanted to go somewhere else. I drove over 10 hours to get there and getting a refund and trying to find something else wasn't an option for us. They had 2 rooms on the second floor, 1 on the 3rd floor, and 1 in the 4th floor. Both rooms on the second floor had roaches. The ones on the 3rd and 4th floor didn't appear to have any until we saw 1 the last day. My sister has trouble walking but they have an elevator so it wasn't an issue until we read the note on the desk that the elevator is broke..and has been that way for quite awhile. I had 96 steps to the 4th floor. There are 16 steps per floor. No towels or wash cloths in your room. You have to get them from housekeeping or the front desk. Many rooms were empty so I'm not sure I'm why we couldn't be closer together but despite the poor conditions the beach was still beautiful.

The elevator was broken so climbing 5 flights of stairs was not the best. The room was clean on the surface but very unkept. The lock on the door about fell off the door. Mattress was so dirty with burn holes in it. The floor was grimy. Bathroom was tiny. The overall grounds very deplorable. Nothing has been kept up or repaired. The front night staff not helpful or respectful.The stairwells and property littered with trash. Found roaches in the room. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It needs a complete overhaul to be accomadating to anyone.

Worst place ever!!!
Terrible!! First room they put us in was occupied. Second room had not been cleaned. The room we ended up with was nasty!! Dirty refrigerator food on the floor roaches on the wall. Elevator went out Saturday morning was still down on Sunday when we left. Had to carry all our bags down three flights of stairs!! Carpet on stairs was pulled up and dangerous!! Someone urinated in the elevator! I let the desk know about that on Wednesday and wasn't cleaned up until Friday night!!

Worst hotel ever
No room, service beds, uncomfortable no buttons on the phone. AC subpar room was terrible there was trash all up and down the hallways broken exit sign in the stairway broken elevator one that did was terrible and kind of scary. No real services offered slightly overpriced ceilings leaked bathrooms disgusting in the office. The place was just ghetto as hell only had a pool outside only decent thing about it was that it was beachfront and it was close to things and the price was bearable never again though and you don’t get refunds either so beware of sending money down the drain the rest of my trip was great thanks for the hotel
