Fine for a Night - Not for a Week
It appeared some remodeling had been done and the room was packed with some of the old furnishings. The TV was barely mounted and could not be adjusted and one of the bedside lights was missing. I had to ask for the black mold spores on the AC unit to be wiped off. The shower is like a pod and the head height is low. I'm only 5'8" and had to bend my head to wash my hair, so you can imagine my partner at 6'4" had a few nights of difficult showers.
Breakfast was okay. There were never any eggs, just slightly dried out sausge patties. The waffles were alright though. They had no breakfast attendant during our stay so the room was frequently dirty and needing restocked.
Our room was at the end of the poolside of the hotel and the stairwell frequently smelled of cigarette smoke as that was where the employees would take their smoke breaks. Room service was hit or miss. They had a sign on the front desk letting guests know that they were short staffed. So if you needed clean towels you had to come get them yourself and you had to handle your own trash.
