Concierge was wonderful and made our anniversary a true celebration for us. We really had nothing planned but He sent us to the Pirate Voyage show and we loved it! He was so knowledgeable on the area for dining and other attractions. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves.

I did not like the fact the AC in my room was not working properly. The front desk lady acted like I was stupid and said my AC was not working due to the balcony door being ajar. It wasn't I locked it an hour before I even called the front desk. Anyway she sent maintenance up to the room after she said wait 5 minutes then call back if the AC does not come on. I waited 10 minutes then called back. The maintenance guy came in reset the breakers and said if it happens again this is how we should resolve the issue. It happened again the next day so for a day and a half I was in a room that did not get down to a comfortable temp for me. So I just cracked the balcony sliding door. I am sure it was just something going on in my unit only but with a day left on my getaway I just made the beat of it.

Hotel was clean and convenient to stores restaurants and is beach front People were friendly and helpful Cleaning and replenishment staff are a little under staffed so things are behind schedule We needed to call or go get things needed for our room , not ideal when you’re paying for this service Reception mgr did make it right for our inconvenience

A view that never gets old. Perfect for a short or long stay with your pup. Clean room, outdoor potty area with doggy bags. Not everyone picks up their dog waste so probably need cameras out there. Cute restaurant with pretty decent food and drinks. Good service. Rooms are large enough to entertain your dog in on cold days. Beautiful beach front and easy access. Great looking pool but didn’t use. Nice kitchette, large shower. Make sure you are not overcharged for the $150 pet fee. $300 damage deposit.
