Camera 1 faces towards the driveway on the NE side of the house, camera 2 faces the front porch, and camera 3 faces the walkway up to the front porch. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are motion activated. After a 10 second delay, they record 4 seconds of video (no audio)
- NOTE: This property sleeps 4 guests in 3 beds, with room for 6 total by using the Queen air mattress and sleeper sofa
- NOTE: The twin sleeper sofa in the living room can be moved to bedroom 1 upon request
Hawaii County Restrictions:
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
- Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area
- The STVR (short term vacation rental) shall not be used for commercial purposes
