Crown is just a typical western style hotel that caters manly for family’s. Staff are very helpful & very friendly. Both days we arrived back at our room at approximately 3pm & it had not been serviced not good when we had to shower & go out again ,rang reception 15minutes later housekeeping came & we had to sit on the balcony whilst she serviced the room. The sheets are not of very good quality very rough & piling also the face clothes are not the usual IHG standard.

Our resort stay at Crowne was fabulous, staff were beyond helpful always happy and accommodating. Especially Semi at the pool bar hardworking, great cocktails. Service with a smile. Tox and Team at Harvest service 5 star. Housekeeping everyday room tidied and made beautiful by our Andretta. Outstanding furnishings in the restaurants and pool area, very relaxing and comfortable. The beach club was my favourite area. Thank you Crowne.!!!

Nice pool environment for kids, friendly staff and yummy buffet breakfast. Less stars as room not up to scratch for cleanliness (stain on sheets and large pile of hair on floor), unable to check in until later than 3pm as room was not ready which was frustrating after day of travel with small children. Stayed here for use of pool area prior to flight but would stay in airport hotel as have done previously next time.

the native fijian staff were amazing. Very kind and respectul. The dining is very expensive and i noticed a lot of visitors staying at the crowne plaza were walking up the road to go to the restaurants as it was a reasonable price better than the Crowne plaza

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The staff were amazing—each and every team member went out of their way to make sure I had a memorable stay. Whether it was the front desk staff, the restaurant servers, or the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with a smile.

Amazing! Staff was so friendly and the facility was exceptional. We felt so loved with the hospitality, it was hard to say goodbye. Family friendly for my young bub and services were beyond in makong sure he was comfortable. Recommend to all, we will surely pass on the good word to our Tongan people back home. ‘Ofa atu x

This was an amazing hotel/resort especially with a young family. You get to enjoy the beach, pool and the hotel has family and kids activities available daily. On top of it all food options were great! Only thing this resort needs to improve on is check-in and check-out. We waited close to two hours before getting a room only because we kept pushing them as we had lil'ones and they were very cranky. The front desk staff was kind enough to give us free drink vouchers for every time they had asked to wait. But this didn't justify the wait and for the room not to be available! After some communication we had finally received our room... we did try to ask for a room upgrade but mind you this resort is very popular. The hotel did offer a resort credit for the inconvenience which we appreciate as we enjoyed a really nice meal at Harvest restaurant. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, i wish the rating was separated from service as I would give the staff 5 star rating plus. Please fix the situation with having rooms ready and available at 3pm as stated on website as "fiji time" should not apply. For check-out, only issue is that porter service is hard to request as the carts are occupied with check-in guests luggages. Either have more carts, or just have lugguages stored without it being on the cart or have guests pre-book porter service for check-out. Overall, amazing resort.. me and my family loved it! Highly recommend. Will definitely book when in Fiji again.
