I had visited this resort during the Xmas week with my wife and 2 kids aged 4 &2. Our key focus was to enjoy the property and nearby town. To start with the about the resort- it's located in denaru, thus it was very well connected through the bulla bus. The resort staff, food was excellent. Each and every staff was ace. However during the week we travelled, Fiji had really wet weather and thus we were relying on the kids club to keep our kids entertained as we were unable to go out for any cruises or so as they all were cancelled for the whole week. To our disappointment, the kids club was not a hit as the kids club was relying on outdoor activities and due to rains they were restricted indoors. Indoors the kids just were watching telly. The resort should consider expanding their kids entertainment activities when the country gets bad weather. Overall the resort was average, food and staff were excellent. If I visit Fiji next time, I'll consider visiting other resorts in Denaru.

We stayed 4 nights there and most of the time we felt pretty good. The room was very big and clean, staff were friendly and we enjoyed the facilities and food as well. However one thing happened and made me feel very frustrated. We lost the phone during a day tour booked by the hotel. Since we had to leave next day early morning. Lovely resort, friendly staff, great pool/pool bar, modern rooms and well looked after. Variety and quality of restaurants is excellent. Pro or con depending on your situation - very much a family resort and loads of kids. Well entertained and loud kids with many activities. Probably better outside Australia/New Zealand school holidays. Con - half seating of breakfast is outdoors. During bad weather the outdoor seats cannot be used. This results in half hour queues to get a table inside. Inside area becomes very full and hectic. Breakfast is of a high standard however, including free flow champagne. Tip - Mamacita mexican restaurant is a short walk next door (at front of Club Wynhdam) is a fun casual alternative for a meal. Tip - Sails at Port Denaru is pricey but superb seafood. Get the Bula bus, tickets in the Radisson convenience store

Our room had a couple of problems but they were very responsive. The hotel is nice, the pool looks clean and well maintained. They have a couple of restaurants inside the hotel, we only really liked one he Italian one. Overall it was a very nice experience.
