The staff at the resort were welcoming and very accommodating. The all inclusive package was fantastic and the hotel rooms were excellent. It made for a lovely relaxing holiday before Christmas. We are taking some Good and Bad experience. Bad experiences: 1. No air-conditioning at the dining area and at the Lobby. We suffered a lot with a baby at the dining. 2. Room cleaningness was another issue. Floor was dirty, we told them to clean couple of times, but unfortunately didn't improve much. All the furnitures and lights were dusty. 3. They never cleaned the balcony. The balcony roof was leaking water whilst raining. The rain water damaged my personal items included my MacBook. Good experience: 1. Very friendly staff. 2. Clean and organised outdoor vicinities. 3. Easy access to buggy ride. 4. Decent swimming pool.
