Villa Konstantina offers amazing views across Nafplio and the sea. The villa is built within a green amphitheater area of 4200 sq.m. shaped in levels. The main house is surrounded by olive, lemon, pomegranate, orange and beautiful bougainvillea, roses and many other flowers. The villa is built in Italian architecture with many marble surfaces and stone masonry. A mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people in 480sq.m. developed on 3 floors with 2 different orientations that provide panoramic views. It has 6 bedrooms one with loft, 5 WC, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens. And from the 3 floors the view of Nafplio, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! The design and layout of the spaces conveys to its occupants the comfort, privacy and tranquility they can find in selected parts of the European continent. The villa built on the ancient hill that according to legend used to rest Atreides king Agamemnon on his hunts, to enjoy the magnificent view of the Argolic Gulf, retains some of the splendor of the palaces of the Achaean leader.
The ground floor has an entrance without stairs and direct access from the closed parking lots and is ideal with its view and amenities for those who do not like to use stairs: 1 very large living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and playstation, with balcony doors to exit to garden with lawn, fully equipped kitchen, 2 very large bedrooms with double beds and flat screens and A / C, exit to the barbecue area, and 2 WC with one including bathroom (bath).
The 1st floor is internally connected to the floors on both sides by a staircase. The stepped ground of the estate allows it to accommodate the main entrance of the house. The tenants have at their disposal 1 living room of 2 levels, fireplace, dining rooms and 2 balconies with incredible views. Equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV and playstation. In a separate room is the large fully equipped kitchen with a second smaller dining room and exit to an amazing balcony of 150sq.m at the back of the house amidst the olive trees and flowers. Next are 2 bedrooms with double beds, flat screen TVs and A / C. Each has its own balcony. There are also 2 WCs one also includes a large bathroom.
The 2nd floor offers 2 bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has a large bunk bed and an internal staircase to the attic which has another double bed. TV screens and A / C of course. We still find a WC with a large bathroom. From the balcony the view takes your breath away!
Tenants have a washing machine and dryer at their disposal. In the 2 fully equipped kitchens are offered for use and 2 coffee machines. Hairdryers are available in all bathrooms. The offered ironing boards with electric irons are especially useful. An elevator will be installed soon.
All outdoor areas are secured by the main perimeter fencing of the property. Dense tall trees maximize the level of privacy, quiet and security and work beneficially in the microclimate of the space. No worries about prying eyes. Nothing interrupts the quiet of the stay nor restricts the freedom of private movement.
Green gardens Greek simple and developed in steps, large well-kept pool with full service equipment for up to 16 people and a safe playground develop harmoniously around the main buildings and compete with the interior of the accommodation in quality and grace. Specifically:
In the gardens we find, in addition to a variety of olive trees and other trees, large areas with lawns on stepped levels.
In one of them we have the large well-designed pool that has water curtains, umbrellas and sunbeds. In order to achieve a relative protection of small children, we proceeded to a special planting that surrounds this level like a fence and the 2 exclusive entrances for the pool are closed with small doors. Of course, parental supervision is always needed.
On another level there is the playground: equipped with cots, wooden house with climbing and slide. Also a large trampoline. They are certainly not similar to the toys of the mythical little Theseus who grew up in the area, nor to those of the stubborn Princess Electra, but modern little princesses will surely like them. Supervision by parents is easy but also necessary here.
Large built barbecue and wood oven are in a separate area near the main building. available for use by tenants.
Of course in all the outdoor areas there are tables and chairs or armchairs. The outdoor area, friendly and impressive, day or night, alone or with friends, for coffee, food, drink, rest or sunbathing by the pool, ensures in private moments the comfort, safety and discretion that the tenant seeks.
The balanced ratio of tree planting and open green spaces in the gardens, easily attracts species of local fauna. A variety of small birds adorn the fences and nest in the trees. A domestic cat can discreetly raise its young in secluded parts of a quiet and fully protected from unwanted gaze environment.
