〈良い点〉 -大浴場、サウナ、マッサージチェア(無料)、ジム、リラックススペースなど、小規模ながら充実の施設　(2階全部を占めるこの設備はまだ新しく、よく考えられた動線で使いやすい。快適ですばらしいです。) -女湯にもしっかりサウナ　(サウナ95℃、水風呂16.3℃、良かったです！) -朝食サービス(軽食ですが、ホテルで焼いたパンと具沢山のスープがおいしかったです) -よく清掃されていてキレイ -スタッフが親切 -名古屋駅までの送迎サービスあり -立地が良い　(近くに伏見エリアのたくさんの飲食店などがあります。ホテルの横にコンビニもあり便利。) 〈悪い点〉 -建物自体は古い　(部屋は以前に改装が入っているようで、そこそこキレイでしたが、壁紙の剥がれなどいくらか古くなってきている様子です。掃除はよくされていて、清潔感がありました。) -部屋によっては設備の騒音あり　(南館の端の部屋でしたが、おそらく大浴場のボイラー音かな？と思われる音がかなり聞こえていました。) -サウナにTVがある　(ここは賛否分かれるサウナ好きのポイントです。私は静かにリラックスしたいので、TVがあるとガッカリしてしまいます。)

Pretty good stay

Room is a bit small but the amenities and onsen are very good. Location is good, and free breakfast is good. There is a gym and other internet (public computer) and massage facilities.

The staff was very helpful. They speak English, which is great for foreigners. It comes with a lot of amenities. A bit on the pricey side, but it was a last minute booking for me, so it all worked out well.

Good gym and breakfast, dated and old room

The price was decent and it had a gym, so I decided to try here. Good: Gym, delicious breakfast and coffee, staff good at English Bad: Hotel is old, room had a very old and depressing feel to it, bathroom was cold, door lock was ancient, smoking section was down the hall from the gym(!), so you would smell smoke when you are exercising Probably would stay again only if I was on a budget

A great view

Wonderful - nice breakfast layout . Appreciated the small things like a small bathroom and heated toilet seat . Well located hotel within a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to catch a ride to the airport

Great hotel with free shuttle

This hotel is super good. Although it is 1 mile from JR station, they do have free shuttle go to JR. The room is great. The breakfast is good. It has very good Japanese Bath. I will definitely stay here again.

Well located basic hotel

Virtually no facilities and tiny rooms with tiny bathrooms but well located with good eating and drinking very close by. No bottled water in rooms and simple airconditioning but ok for 1 night stay.

A good place to rest after a hectic business trip

This is the hotel I have been looking for. Training gym, sento and sauna, near the office, dining places and train station. Of course, friendly smiling staff is also a big factor.

Quality/price os very good

Just for 6000jpy /night, you get a comfortable clean room (small, but its normal in Japan), free access in the spa, gym, massage chair,.. A lot of vending machines. Also very close to nagoya station. Definately, ill stop there again in my Next travel un Nagoya

Extra tiny room with semi-double bed. Cheap plastic quilt cover not allowing skin to breath. Inferior and dated fittings /decor throughout. On-site onsen and massage chairs were great but the omnipresent cigarette stench was intoxicating. Poor quality breakfast with few selections!

Ok as a city-center hotel (not for big foreigners

I chose this hotel because of the reasonable price in the area (near Nagoya sta), free shuttle service, hot spring, and free breakfast. I understand it is hard to find a large enough bed equivalent to queen or king size bed plus enough space so that you can walk around in the room. As a hotel in the city center, it's a decent hotel. Only but tasty western style breakfast consists mostly carbs (bread) and soup, no fresh fruit. No AC outlet in women's bath to plug in your curling iron. Massage chairs instructions are only in Japanese and they're located across from the stinky smoke room. One tip I may give is, find a hotel shuttle schedule from the website. To use a shuttle from the hotel, you need to get a ticket from the front desk as early as 5am. No walk-in. Note, it is per person, not per family because it's for head count for the 8-passen ger van! Fitness room is ok. They also run a separate membership-based fitness club, so many machines are reserved for them from 8am; you'll see the sign and a linen cover on the machines.

The best facilities available for guests to use at this class of hotel - gym, spas, sauna room, reading room /computer room and the most must try massage chairs(it's really help people to relax and recharge).

Great location and Great Hotel Facilities

Only 10 minutes by walking from Nagoya station to hotel and hotel even provides very convenient shuttle bus to Nagoya station. Hotel has good sauna facility and massage chair (free of charge). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for the price paid.
