Decent stay for one night
Average location (about 10min walk) from the nearest metro station. Room was relatively clean but not very comfortable due to the small size. There was limited space to put things out. The toilet had very limited counter space as well. More suitable for a business traveler than couples or families traveling together. Amenities are limited, but offered for free to take at the lobby. Service was ok and relatively fast. It was acceptable for a one night stay but not comfortable for long term.

Poor attitude and service from the front desk. It was also hard to communicate with them in English. Room is tiny and although the hotel is located near the busy area, the street it is on is rather quiet. There are lots of better options in the area, hence I’m definitely not going to stay here again.

Rude staff at the check in counter. Strongly suggest management gives attention and better training as the first impression was really bad already before I even step foot in the room. Typical Japanese hotel, very tiny and I can even open a medium size luggage in the room...had to place the luggage on the bed to pack but it was expected.

The Perfect Stay
The location of the Nagoya hotel is very convenient. Its next to a 711 and FamilyMart. Walking distance to Don Quijote, the subway station, Ichiran Ramen and a mall that has Daiso, Bookoff, Unqilo and ABC Mart. We couldnt have stayed in a better hotel. The double bed is big enough for 2 people. Theres unlimited supply of hotwater and a tub in the bathroom that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The bed is very comfortable and so are the pillows. No need to keep buying drinking water coz the tap is good/safe enough drink. The breakfast buffet that came with the room serves sauges, eggs, fish, bacon, rice, variety of breads (including yummy croissants), salads and soups. Will definitely be our go-to hotel if we come back. Im hoping their other branches in Tokyo and Osaka would be the same. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
