our room's bathroom had a real strong pee smell which wasn't clean well on the floor. I could see stains around the toilet. Everything else in the room was clean and ok. So I called the front and asked to clean. One lady from the front came and took one look at it and said, there is nothing she could do but to spray air freshener. She didn't even try to clean or anything and left. It was pretty disappointing service. The breakfast was just sad.

I got a 7:00am flight, so I stay in a hotel near airport. The hotel supposed to provide breakfast, but it could be available only from 6:00. It’s hurry for my case, so I skipped the breakfast….so poor.
