The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and tidy with a nice big balcony. The only downside was lack of a gym and pool for use by guests. The gym required a payment and was very small.

We were given a premium suite instead of 2 twin rooms which we already booked. The suite was musty and old. There were one renovated bathroom with spa and shower as well as an additional toilet The shower floor looked dirty. The suite consisted of 2 rooms with 5 beds altogether. But it has a little step between the two rooms and a little step between bathroom and bedroom , creating a safety hazard especially for my 80 year old mum (and us) who kept stumbling when she moved from one room to the next. The staff were helpful and friendly. We did have trouble getting s porter to assist when we arrived

Friendly staff and rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. I originally chose the location because it's a short 10 minute walk to a relatives home but also a good location that is close to restaurants and shops.

We were very excited from the Expedia photos for this hotel and booked a premium room. When we arrived, we had a excellent first impression from the lobby. Our check-in staff was "in training" - but he was smart, friendly, and putting in a lot of effort - he also had a senior staff person with him, when he needed to ask questions. After all this, we were very excited to get to the room after that experience. Unfortunately the room was hugely disappointing - all the amenities were old and worn - and didn't appear properly cleaned. Some of the items on the "disappointment list" were: bed covers were stained, toilet seat was stained, curtains were frayed, and carpets were smelly. Finally, the thing that was the deal-breaker for us was the air conditioning - it was clearly old (knob controlled), weak (not blowing) and noisy (rattling) - and just didn't cool the room. All taken together, it was ultimately not a place we could spend a restful night. Quite a let-down after all the earlier build-up. I hope our experience is not typical for visitors here. I can say that I noticed we got the last room on Expedia when we did our 1-day booking. Maybe we received one of the hotel's lesser rooms because of this? I'm not sure. If the management does plan to upgrade their rooms (or has an upgraded room we were not offered), this will be a rather nice place to say. It is directly on a nice little harbor, and is only a 10-minute walk to the monorail.

The hotel is definitely very good. The furniture and fittings are all new. The standard is good enough. My family of 4 is given 4 single beds. There is also a smart phone provided for us to use. The breakfast is also very good. There is a variety of Okinawa local dishes for us to try, such as seagrapes, Bitter gourd with egg, purple potato tarts. There is also western style dishes such as omelettes, sausages, bacon. In addition, on the day of our departure, we requested for packed breakfast. The breakfast includes a can of Oolong tea, hard boil egg, sandwiches, a cup of fruits and coleslaw. Very delicious.
