West coast stopover.
Two night stay on way to Torino. Good spot for all that Port Alberni has to offer but is on a busy road, so not a quiet location. Also there was ongoing work being done in adjoining campground so there was additional noise but not overnight. Staff were very good and food in on site Japanese restaurant was excellent. We had an initial problem with Wi-Fi that was sorted after we pointed out the problem but sadly there was no hot water due to a break down in the system on the morning we left. The room was spacious clean and well equipped.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Treed location on top of a hill before entering the city. Restaurant on site. Close to Wallmart, No Frills grocery and hiking trails.

It's looks rundown on the outside but my room was renovated. Room was clean beds were comfortable. Water pressure isn't top notch but it's hot. This is a convenient location. I was visiting family in Port Alberni I was about ten minutes to town and anywhere from 30 minutes to hour and half to anywhere else. Depends on where you want to sight see etc.

The room was clean and spacious. The area was quiet. The only downfall for me was that the beds were to firm. However, we had no issues, the owners and staff were pleasant and we would stay there again.

On one of the beds, there were obvious greasy looking spots on the grey comforter/blanket. In front of the bathroom, there were dried up droplets of something on the floor. The soundproofing seem to be nonexistent as we could hear the TV from the next unit well past midnight.

The rooms were newly updated and very nice. Comfortable and clean. Loved our stay Great sushi place attached. Only down side was coffee machine was missing a part. You can hear traffic noise but that didn't bother us.

Great place
Overall the stay was great. Easy to find lots of parking. Friendly staff. The restaurant is excellent. Place is clean with comfy beds n pillows. Ice machine would be nice but there is a fridge n microwave n coffee maker so really a nice to have rather than a need. Would stay here again for sure
