Coastal Oasis at Pacific Shores Resort is a privately owned oceanfront ground floor 1 Bedroom Unit with King Bed. This unit is one of the only units located in Pacific Shores that has Air Conditioning.

Views looking west over the estuary and Craig Bay towards Parksville's amazing Rathtrevor beach park. Enjoy the beach or visit the popular sites on Vancouver Island while staying comfortably at this lovely mid Island resort. One large bedroom with a king size bed. There is an additional sofa bed that can provide more sleep space. The fully stocked kitchen and in unit laundry complete this versatile accommodation. Covered Oceanside Patio with George Forman BBQ

Nature trails along the beach front provide a opportunity to walk and view the evening sunsets. Relax around one of the Outdoor Fire Pits on the Resort Peninsula. Great getaway
Very comfortable and nicely appointed rental. The property grounds are also nice as are the resort amenities. Parksville is only a 10 min drive with lots of good dining options and Rathtrevors expansive flat sand beach.

Wow!!!! What an amazing location for our family this last week. Everything is exactly how John described it. Great setup for our family of 4. This unit is as it says, very well stocked and clean. Communicating with the host is easy, replies are quick. The property around this unit could use a bit of sprucing up but that may be a seasonal thing. All in all, we would recommend staying here, we enjoyed it!

Amazing place
My husband, 13 year old son and I spent 6 days at this beautiful, quiet and clean property. We loved the outdoor space with views of the ocean and estuary. The bird life there provided much enjoyment. There are walking trails all around. At low tide you can walk across the bay to Rathtrevor Beach. The location is great - an end unit with much appreciated AC, close to the path for the beach, close to Parksville for groceries but tucked away from the busy-ness of a summer resort town. The home is lovely with a full kitchen, wonderful shower and cozy bedding. The bed and pillows were comfy and the sheets so soft. The owners attended to details to make this a great place and responded to email promptly. We hope to return!

We really enjoyed this beautiful place to stay. Well equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, quiet & peaceful. The view of the ocean is really nice and the resort facilities are also a nice treat. The kitchen worked out great for cooking our meals. Super comfortable bedroom (beautiful) and very nice decor throughout. Couldn't ask for a better host. Any questions we had were answered quick and very accommodating. We really didn't want to leave. Comfort and pampering luxury in a quiet and scenic setting
We stayed at this comfortable townhouse for five days. Everything - from the furniture to the linens to the kitchen and bathroom - was tasteful and quality. The gas fireplaces in the living room and the large master bedroom added an extra touch of luxury. The kitchen was a good size and was indeed fully stocked with everything you might need - including a full-size dishwasher. The heatpump air conditioner/heaters in the living room and bedroom were excellent and kept us snug and cozy in November. The wifi was strong enough for online gaming, and we also really liked the many streaming services available on the TVs. When we had a question about something, the host always graciously replied instantly. We plan on coming back in the future - we recommend this property without hesitation.

Wow so where do I begin to describe how wonderful our stay was at Coastal Oasis. John was more than attentive making sure we were happy and if any questions. He really was outstanding! Coastal Oasis was truly a perfect getaway for my wife and I! We were really needing some downtime and Coastal Oasis was amazing! They remembered everything.. all was well stocked and the furnishings were beautiful. My wife and I both put this at the top of our list! Girls getaway
Our girls getaway was a wonderful experience dealing with VRBO. The condo was beautiful and well kept. Location was perfect, we spent our days in Qualicum Beach and Parksville ,the beach there for walking and being amongst the trees was very haling for us. John was a great host. He always responded quickly with any questions we had. The location of the unit was perfect for our family. There was a small and peaceful trail that had access to the water where our little boy spent many hours looking for crab. The location of the resort was perfect to go exploring in Parksville, Qualicum Beach and the surrounding areas. There were a lot of amenities at the resort. The swimming pool was great for our son to release some extra energy after dinner. Lots of friendly people staying at the resort. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect quiet get away
My husband and I had a lovely few days in this Condo. Very spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen with everything that we could possibly have needed. The dining room was of generous size with a lovely dining room table where we enjoyed our meals together. The bedroom is luxurious, and much like the rest of the Condo, tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be booking again! John is such a wonderful host, checking in via texts to make sure that everything was as we had expected and to see if we needed any help. Thank you

Great Place for a Holiday.
The owner was quick to respond when a concern arose and was able to resolve it quite quickly. We were too busy in the area to use the property amenities, but enjoyed the accommodations in the evenings and early mornings. Lots of wildlife in the area to enjoy.

Island get away!
Fabulous location, beautiful sunsets!! The resort has everything you need to relax and enjoy! From hot tubs, to pickle ball courts, to trails for walking!! The suite was ideal in its location over looking the water! We loved the Alexa experience as well! Got in our daily jokes and Amazon music, as well as with a simple command,” lights out, life was good! Totally recommend this place!!
