Offered for short-term rental, this apartment is located 20 minutes from Disney parks and 1 hour from Paris, 56sqm overlooking a terrace and a garden, offers a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave , fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob ...) open to a large living room with a sofa bed convertible into a 160x200 bed. A dining area and a 140cm flat screen TV. It also has a bedroom of 11m2 with a double bed of 160x200, large closet and an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC and large closet at the entrance. It is completely independent although adjoining the owners' house.
All furniture and equipment is new (December 2019).
It is 300m from a bus stop to Meaux station which serves Paris (transilien) and Marne-La-Vallée (Bus).

Great place to stat
Host was super friendly and easy to contact for questions the entire stay. It had the perfect location, it’s only about 29 minutes from Disney and 8 minutes from a train that leave for Paris every 30 minutes. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolut zufrieden
Meine Schwester und ich waren mit unseren pubertierenden Kinder für 4 Nächte dort. Alles war super in Ordnung und sauber. Check-In und Check-Out absolut unkompliziert. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Da wir alle Tage komplett in Paris und Umgebung unterwegs waren, mit dem Auto oder auch ÖPNV können wir über den Ort nichts sagen. Der Bahnhof ist vom Haus aus 10 Min entfernt und dort konnte man für 8€ 12 Std parken. Von dort aus kommt man überall hin. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Frankreich

Schöne helle Wohnung mit Terrasse. Ruhig gelegen.
Wir haben denn Aufenthalt sehr genossen. War alles da was man braucht und sauber war es auch. Sehr gute Tipps von der Vermieterin bekommen. Disneyland in 20 min. sehr gut erreichbar. Eine Bäckerei mit wunderschönen Leckereien und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage zu Disneyland und Paris Zentrum
Großzügige Ausstattung der Unterkunft (wie online beschrieben) und eine außerordentlich hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Zum Disneyland mit dem Auto ca. 20 Min., nach Paris bis Gare de l'Est mit dem Zug ab Bahnhof Meaux, Fahrtdauer ca. 35 Min., fährt alle halbe Stunde, 5 Min. Fahrzeit mit dem Auto zum Bahnhof Meaux, Parken dort problemlos. Zum Parc Asterix (sehr empfehlenswert) ca. 45 Min mit dem Auto. Bäcker fussläufig zu erreichen. Es war für uns ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir würden dieses Haus wieder wählen.

Rundumsorglos-Paket
Der Check-In mit Jan war sehr freundlich. Ihn kann man alles fragen und er ist immer Hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und auch mit dem Hund ist man gleich in der Natur. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und es ist alles da, um einen erholsamen Aufenthalt zu verbringen.Zum Bahnhof nach Meaux sind es mit dem Auto ca. 5 min. und man kann das Auto Problemlos und sicher dort parken. Mit dem Zug nach Paris sind es ca. 35 min und er fährt jede halbe Stunde. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt dort und würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder nehmen.

Wer es ruhig, gemütlich und sympathisch liebt, ist hier genau richtig. In einem Vorort von Paris kann man auf wunderbare Weise in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung entspannen. Die gute Ausstattung erfüllt alles was man braucht im Urlaub, inklusive der Vermieter. Jeder Zeit wieder, meint auch unser Hund.

Wohnung sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man so in einer FeWo braucht. Viel Stauraum für Klamotten! Sehr sauber, sehr neu! Tolles Bad mit grosser Dusche! Eigener Terrassenanteil. Sehr helle Wohnung mit viel Tageslicht Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung! Sehr nette Vermieterin!!! Hilft und gibt wertvolle Tipps wo Sie kann ohne aufdringlich zu sein!Mit Englischkenntnissen ist die Kommunikation kein Problem. Bushaltestelle in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Bus fährt oft und regelmäßig nach Meaux zum Bahnhof von dem wiederum oft ein Zug direkt nach Paris fährt! Aufenthalt war ein voller Erfolg! Ohne Einschränkung weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Séjour top
Nous voulions une petite coupure pour pouvoir effectuer notre télétravail et cette propriété était parfaite. Nous sommes de banlieue parisienne et ce cadre nous a coupé de notre quotidien même à 30 mins de chez nous. Merci à la propriétaire pour ses petites attentions (tomates bio du jardin, le petit cadeau pour l’enfant, le trampoline...). Nous reviendront 😁☺️
