Beautiful house to share with friends or family

This is a nice house just renovated, fully equipped with a kitchen, a dining room and a lounge with smart TV. There are 5 bedrooms each with their bathroom and a private toilet. It is a very quiet place. There is a small restaurant in the village where you can eat traditional quality food during the week.
We have equipped 2 rooms with king size beds (1,80m by 2m). On request, we can install 2 single beds in each of the 4 bedrooms, the 5th bedroom is equipped with 3 bunk beds.
Our cottage is located between Marne la Vallée and Reims. You will be 40 minutes from Disney, 1 hour from Reims and 2 kms from the first champagne cellars to visit. The cottage is 12 minutes walk from the railway station Nanteuil-Saacy (45 minutes from Paris).

Paris for thé Olympics
Annabelle’s house was perfect for our stay in France for the Olympics. Just 40mins by train into central Paris but also close to Disneyland Paris for the younger children. Each bedroom had an en-suite and the barbecue was great. The kitchen is a little small for a larger group and the fridge could have been bigger but we had a great time and found everything we needed. Thanks.

We had a family reunion with our parents. We loved everything from A to Z. Host is so welcoming. The location is perfect: quiet and safe place with beautiful surroundings. Clean and modern equipment inside the house. I would definitely recommend.

Great family holiday
This property was a brilliant place for a family holiday. The interconnected rooms on the ground floor were perfect to enjoy time together with plenty of space. The property is very well provided with items you will need for your stay. The bedrooms are large and en-suite.

5 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms; spacious kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor; everything is available, as is necessary for a comfortable stay. Outside area big enough for 2 vehicles as well as for eating and playing. Only the design of the outside area still offers room for improvement.

Un séjour parfait
Nous avons loué ce gîte pour un week end de réunion familiale (11pers +bébé). La configuration du lieu est idéale pour un groupe d'adultes avec sdb, linge de toilette et WC pour chaque chambre. Gîte bien adapté pour un séjour avec bébé (table à langer, lit parapluie, chaise haute...). Lits faits avec soin et élégance à notre arrivée et excellente literie. Propreté globalement impeccable. L'hôte Annabelle est expérimentée, accueillante, très à l'écoute et a su bien nous conseiller pour nos achats et possibilités de balades dans la région. Vraiment aucune ombre au tableau, je recommande totalement ce gîte.

Nous avons réservé ce gîte pour un week-end entre amis et assister à un mariage. Très bon accueil 😏 gîte bien décoré, fontionnel, facile à vivre. On s'y est tout de suite senti comme à la maison. La literie est excellente et le fait d'avoir une salle de bain par chambre est un immense atout. Surtout quand 5 filles doivent se préparer pour assister à un mariage 😂😂 Une chose est certaine, on reviendra !!

La communication avec l’hôte à été très facile. L’hôte est vraiment très sympa et joignable à tout moment. Le bien est propre, spacieux et tranquille. De quoi se reposer une bonne semaine loin de Paris. Séjour exceptionnel, nous avons rencontré aucun problème lors de notre séjour. Des jeu de société sont mis à disposition sur place. Une télévision avec Netflix integré et un grand jardin pour bruncher dehors lorsqu’il fait beau. Je recommande ce bien !!

Deuxième fois que je viens chez Annabelle je ne regrette absolument pas.
Le lieu est magnifique la maison encore plus. Annabelle est très sympa super accueillante avec le sourire est très arrangeante. Je le recommande fortement est j’hésiterais pas à repartir une troisième fois 😉
