CONFIRMED FERRY RESERVATION FOR WEEK OF JUNE 22-29!!!
This Nantucket vacation home is located 1.5 miles to Cisco beach and a short walk down bike path to Cisco Brewers. This "upside down" house has 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, central air conditioning, private pool and spa. Upon entering, you come into a long gallery hall with whitewashed oak floors and a custom shaker coat rack. Through a pocket door is the well equipped laundry area with raised pedestal washer and dryer, soapstone countertop with sink. Linen and coat closets nearby offer ample storage. Down the hall you will find the master bedroom which has a luxurious upholstered king size bed, fireplace and flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom has a marble vanity, herringbone marble mosaic floor and a combined shower and tub. The walk in closet completes the master suite. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, lots of natural light, flatscreen TV and attached bathroom with subway tile shower surround and mosaic marble floor. Bedroom 3 has a nautical theme with a twin over full size bunk bed and flatscreen TV. The hall bathroom is close by with mosaic floor, pedestal sink and shower/tub combo. Bedroom 4 has a four poster queen size bed, ample closet space and attached bathroom with mahogany top vanity and a shower with beveled subway tile surround. The side hall leads you out to the covered porch where rocking chairs beckon you to sit down and relax!
Back inside, the light filled stairs lead you up to the second floor which has an open plan layout and hosts the kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen has a Subzero refrigerator, Viking range, bar area with ice maker and subzero wine fridge, large central island with bar sink. The dining area has a Swedish style trestle table and French bistro chairs with seating for 12. The living room is spacious with two seating areas. One with an oversized sectional grouped around the wood burning fireplace with raised bluestone hearth and large flatscreen TV above. The second conversation area has bookshelves with games, the latest summer novels, and a sonos sound system. Two sets of French doors lead you out to the wrap around deck which offers panoramic views of the pool, a neighboring horse farm and the tree tops of this scenic 2 acre property. Various outdoor seating areas and a Wolf gas grill make this the ultimate entertaining space. Beyond the kitchen is bedroom 5 with a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with marble vanity, inset medicine cabinet and shower with marble niche. There is also a shell themed powder room off the kitchen. The lower level consists of two additional bedrooms- one having a king size bed, the other having queen bunk beds. These share a bathroom with a walk in shower. A large entertainment area with a flatscreen TV, gaming TV with Xbox and wet bar with two sub zero fridge drawers and an additional ice maker gives you additional space to spread out. There is a second washer/dryer set in the lower level. The house is fully equipped with all necessary linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and basic supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, bath soap, etc...The house has central air conditioning, wifi, cable TV with premium channels such as HBO and Showtime, flatscreen TVs in all bedrooms, the upstairs living room and lower level entertainment room.
An outdoor shower, fire pit, ample parking, vast lawn, pool and hot tub makes this the perfect vacation destination.

Cisco party pad is a dream! It was one of the best vacations we’ve ever been on. Usually we are ready to go home but this time not so much…. The property is truly unmatched. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and can accommodate a lot of people very comfortably. Everyone said it was one of the best homes they’ve stayed in! We’ll be back :)

Amazing visit for Christmas Stroll
We had a wonderful long weekend in this beautiful house. It was lovely and very well appointed - comfortable, great location, clean and Natasha was very responsive to our questions. Perfectly located close to town, easy walk to the beach, and walk to Cusco Brewers and Bartlett Farm! We absolutely loved the space and hope to visit again!

Perfection! Very Memorable Stay!
Location of this spacious and beautiful Nantucket home is perfect. Close to town but not in the noise, very comfortable home with every amenity needed, and most relaxing. The pool and spa are great to have and we used them alot. We had 11 adults in the home and there is lots of room for all to relax. Natasha was very responsive and easy to communicate and coordinate with. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for the quintessential Nantucket vacation. We will be bACK!

Amazing week!
This is by far the most well appointed house I have ever rented. They’ve thought of everything you could need for a week away. The house is awesome for big groups and the location is perfect! Easy walk to the beach, town and of course Cisco Brewery. Natasha was great and quick to respond to any questions we had. Pool was beautiful and well used. Overall a 10 out of 10 vacation!

My 90th Birthday Celebration
Most of my children, grandchildren and their spouses joined me for a fabulous week to celebrate my 90th birthday. The house is beautiful and was absolutely perfect to accomodate all 14 adults. The location is also wonderful as it is within walking distance of the Cisco Brewery which was frequented more than once. We loved the pool, hot tub and being "isolated" from the crowds. The location also gives easy driving access to all points on the island. We had beautiful weather which also added to make this a truly memorable week. Everyone would love to return someday to Nantucket AND this same house. We all thank you!

Terrific house, great location
This house was wonderful for our group of 14 adults and 2 children. It was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed to make our week stay terrific. The pool was great and the location to Cisco beach, Bartlett's Farm and the town of Nantucket was perfect. Natasha was a wonderful host from start to finish. She answered any questions we had immediately. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a relaxing time in Nantucket!!

Nantucket 50th Wedding Anniversary
Our visit to Nantucket exceeded all of our expectations. We are so grateful to have found this beautiful and accommodating property. It was absolutely a perfect setup for our group of 15. We thoroughly enjoyed (to name a few) Cisco Brewery, Cisco Beach, easy access to walking/biking path & Wave bus, RAW fish and meat market & lunch in their garden, downtown shopping… Also, a special shout out to Stacy Little- a magnificent chef!! Such easy communications regarding meal planning, dietary needs, etc. Stacy is a lovely individual, so easy to talk with and have at the house. Many thank yous for the wonderful memories!

Annual family get away week ..canceled last year ..this place was just what we all needed..spotless clean, well equipped..excellent sleeping accommodations.. pool was grandkids favorite , hot tub, fire pit …peacefully away from town but not too far …biking to beach ..Bartlett’s , Cisco Brewerey ..when your 5 year old grandson cries that he didn’t want to leave and your 16 year old grandson and friend agreed (without the crying)…says it all ..best vacation home we have ever stayed at.

I’ve come to nantucket many many times, and this was by FAR the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The house was clean, well designed, and even better than the pictures! The pool is incredible and it’s the ultimate house for a group of friends. Natasha was SO responsive and helpful with absolutely everything! The location is a short walk to Cisco and Bartlett farms and not far at all from town (about 2 miles). This has officially become out new go-to nantucket house! Made my vacation with friends 10000x better! Thank you Natasha!!!!

Girls Getaway Weekend
We are still raving about the amazing time we had on ACK. I cannot say enough great things about Natasha's home! The décor is beautiful, the appliances are in abundance (we really enjoyed the ice machine) and top of the line, and plenty of space for everyone! The location is a perfect, very private and secluded but so close to Cisco and downtown. The outdoor space is gorgeous, the pool is a dream, the covered porch is the cutest and the top floor deck is perfect for socializing. No detail was overlooked, I highly recommend and will be back! :)

Perfect house!
There were 7 of us in for a golf trip and the house and setup could not have been more perfect. Natasha was excellent at communication, the house was spotless and had everything you could possibly think of. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day on the course. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
