Enjoy the treasures of year round lake life on Sebago Lake! Our beautiful home offers direct lake access for all four seasons of vacation adventures. With waterfront and dock steps from your door, your summer memories await. The home is nested around the corner from the sand bar, a popular spot to toss anchor and swim in the clear shallows. Or take a quiet boat ride up the winding Songo River to the lock systems, connecting you to Brandy Pond and Long Lake .

Enjoy a short ride over to Frye Island and dock for lunch and ice cream at Frye's Leap General Store & Cafe. Whether you boat, swim, paddle or float, summer on Big Sebago offers endless possibilities.

Our home is centrally located for trips east to Portland's historic Old Port and its shops and eateries, west to North Conway and Mt. Washington and the antique shops in between. We are steps from Sebago Lake State Park and its extensive trail systems for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing (some are groomed regularly in winter).

Our home is located 25 minutes to Shawnee Peak. Ski and stay for the perfect family winter getaway. Or stay at home and gather around the campfire, and enjoy hot cocoa and ice skating right out your door. The offseason, including spring and fall, offers the natural wonders of lake life coming back into a mosaic of lush summer colors, or waning into the gorgeous hues of fall.

Any time is perfect for a cup of your favorite beverage, swinging in a hammock and enjoying all the offerings of this gorgeous lake.

Beautiful lake house
Beautiful house on a beautiful spot on the lake. The little waterway the house is on is incredibly peaceful and a great spot to kayak or canoe. The house itself is great. We especially loved the massive windows overlooking the water from the main living area and from the master bedroom. The firepit by the water is also a perfect spot to relax. Our small children loved everything about it. Communication with Cherie was excellent and she was extremely accommodating. We would definitely love to stay again!

Very relaxing
Nice location. Very quiet area. Only a few minutes away to beaches with huge sandbar. Note that the beach area is only accessible by boat, not car. Town about 10 minutes away with things to do and restaurants. Only negative item was the beds were not made, which Cherie (owner) was very apologitic. Also, previous renter left food in microwave, which was moldy and we didn't use it.

Super clean, cute and responsive host!
Cherie’s property is super cute and felt very clean! She was extremely responsive when we had any questions. The outdoor deck and grill are awesome, and access to kayaks! We rented a pontoon and felt that was a must for us in this river location as it didn’t feel like a spot we wanted to jump in the water. However, the dock worked great and we enjoyed the fire pit! We had a great week!

The communication leading up to our stay with Cherie was great. Location of the house was perfect right on the river leading into Big Sebago. My family loved the house and especially the big beautiful windows looking out to the water. Loved this vacation and hope to return!

Cherie’s place was perfect for our Sebago vacation! The house had everything we needed, it was clean and cozy. The private dock was great for our boat rental for the weekend and the neighbors were very friendly. Cherie was very responsive and was very helpful.

Clean and everything works!
Very clean home! Great set up for adults and some bunks for the kids or grandma! Cherie was very accommodating! I lost my computer charger, Cherie found it and fed-exed it to me immediately! Kitchen has everything you need to enjoy easy meals without hassle! Just a few steps out the door to the dock and your a couple minutes from the sandbar!

Great Location
House was very nice, updated, comfortable and had central AC. Owner/property manager was very accommodating and responded quickly with any questions or concerns. Very quiet cove location. Just outside cove was a great sand bar that was a meeting place for many. Getting in and out of the canal/cove was a little difficult as it was narrow and shallow. Overall a great location, comforting house with lots of space for everyone.

Waterfront getaway
We arrived to a perfectly clean house and exactly as expected, tucked away on the water in a quaint waterfront community. Access to the water was seamless with the use of the available dock and a few minutes paddle from the sandbar (great sand!) around the corner on Sebago Lake. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting and situation for our family. Hoping to return again!

Great vacation spot!
We had a wonderful stay! The location of the property was close to the sandbar. The dock was great! We loved getting to use our boat! The house was clean, well stocked and full of games for our kids. Great stay for our family of five.
