The condo was excellent. It was roomy, clean, and extremely comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable and peaceful. The dining options and shopping were nice and the kitchen allowed for us to make our own meals. The balcony allowed us to watch a lightening and thunder storm roll through. I would recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful condo
The unit is very well located in the city center with a lovely balcony view. I spent 3 nights in the condo while visiting my family in the area. My unit had everything needed for a short or long stay. Parking is convenient on site at no additional cost. The only issue was the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to close and lock. My rental agent contact was always quickly responsive to my texts and extremely helpful. Excellent service.

Amazing location!
This place was amazing for our family of 4 - great views of the church and perfect location for walking anywhere in Ave (especially to Publix, which is less that 5 mins walk away). It has a luxury feel to it, yet still very comfortable and cozy. Great communication from the host. I'll be booking again for my next visit to Ave!

This 3 bedroom condo was very spacious and clean. We felt right at home. Buildind was very save and Secure and plenty of Handicap parking right infront of the elevator made if really convenient for my 82 year old mom with a walker to access. Balcony has beautiful view of Ave Maria Church. Would love to return soon.

Apartment smells/ stinks like smoke. Upon check in - apartment seemed poorly cleaned, hair in bathtub, floor was sticky, only 4 cups Available, dishes in cabinets were dirty, very poor amenities, towels in closets were not even folded. Don’t recommend staying here. At the end, our tub apparently was leaking .. looks like owners don’t take care of the apartment.
