property is very close to train station- Napoli Centrale. We came from Rome by fast train which only took an hour and few minutes. Has restaurants and cafe right outside the hotel. Has an elevator. Has a small relaxation space within the hotel premises- includes books, tables, coffee and magazines. Staff sends a video the day before check in to show how to access the property afterhours as they close the main gate. Staff was very helpful. Going back we took airport express which comes near the train station every 15 minutes and only costs us 5 euros. There is a taxi stand downstairs if you prefer a taxi. Right behind the hotel is a good area to explore on foot for local shopping and souvenirs.

There are a lot of stairs to go up, the elevator is a single one from I think 1930 and I wouldn't trust it. No garbage pail in the room. It was difficult to find, through a big wooden door with no sign from the street. However, with this being said, I would still recommend it. It was very clean, free mini bar restocked everyday, right beside metro and train station and the people were great, very helpful. if you can overcome the stairs I would highly recommend it.

What a cute little hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from 2 different train stations, so couldn't be more convenient. It's very hard to find but they sent me this really cute little video the night before I checked in that shows you exactly where to go. The rooms were very clean. There was somebody at the desk, all the time and they were always very friendly and I found a fabulous little restaurant that I ate at 2 out of my 3 nights probably 30 feet from the front entrance to the building. Because of its extremely central location, it can be a little noisy at night but nobody bothered me enough to stay awake after 11 PM. This hotel is a great little find.

Very hard to find. Signage is poor. Have to find tiny sign outside otherwise unmarked building then find buzzer for hotel, hard to hear them with all the noise around, then get buzzed in to dingy courtyard and find another tiny sign indicating which staircase to use and which floor hotel is on (sign is in Italian only). In fairness, the day AFTER we arrived, we received an email with these instructions. I believe this is the fault of Hotels.com, not H22. Natasha was lovely and very helpful. Seemed eager for us to enjoy our stay and our room. Unfortunately our room faced into the main street where there were several restaurants and the train station. Even with earplugs, it was quite loud. Our room had a step up into the bathroom which was unusually high. There was free coffee in a common area as well as a free mini bar in the room with water, Coca Cola, and beer. The room also had a kettle. The hotel was clean and updated and the staff was lovely, but it was not a very comfortable stay.

I love this hotel for my short stay in Naples. The hotel is very clean, the location is so convenient and the staff are supper helpful and friendly. I walked about 50 meters from the central train station. Then I walked to the stop of CitySightSeeing to tour the city. The stop is across the piazza. On the last day I took the airport express bus to the airport. The express bus runs every 10 - 15 minutes. I would like to express my appreciation to Natasha and Kass. Natasha contacted me the day before to get my estinated arrival time to prepare my room. So I was able to check in at 10 AM. Kassa was so helpful to provide me the detailed information on where and how to tour the city with the limited time. I would like to mention that H22 located in center of the city. The room space is compacted, expecially the bathroom. I have no problem at all because I am small.

Conveniently located near Napoli Centrale train station. Historic downtown is a walkable distance. Very clean room with recently renovated bathroom. Staff were very helpful and provided a great video before our stay to help us find the place. Would book again.

Great small hotel close to Napoli Centrale
Finding the hotel is a bit odd to American, but this hotel was absolutely a gem. Hotel is a converted block of apartments on the 2nd floor of the building. It's a bit challenging to find, you have to go through the big wooden door, turn right to the stairwell, up 2 flights of stairs (there is a narrow old-school elevator). Once up inside the hotel lobby you have a wonderful clean, newly redone beautiful boutique hotel. We booked 2 rooms. Rooms are in great shape, recently redone. We had a balcony overlooking the square in one, and a much larger room with 3 beds for the kids in the other. Rooms are comfy & clean, everything you need, bathrooms are new & clean, train station is close.
