The Hotel and staff are excellent. It just the area adjacent to the hotel. I thought the Metro train near the hotel is already running. Otherwise it would have been an excellent site. The train station look promising. There are police patrol in the area visible. It was a quiet area with big high rise building. Our room looking over the Mount Vesuvius and sea from the 19th floor with a nice warm strong shower and comfy firm bed. Which the three of us enjoy as we sleep well. The premium room is excellent as it includes the minibar in the price. If you want to iron you can. Ironing board and iron is provided in the room.

The location of the hotel is quite grungy, the only thing is that it is close to the train station. Actually it looks like a ghetto around the area. The rooms we had - 3 in total, of the two on the 18th floor were renovated and better, the 10th floor looked like it was out of a horror movie with even worse interior room. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the condition of the property, but that’s my taste, we were only here for one night in transit to Amalfi, so for that purpose it was adequate. Reasonably priced for sure!

Food was terrible. Breakfast was very bad with bad tasting and stale food. Not worth it just for that. Room was very good however that partially compensates.

Friendly staff, very accomodating. The breakfast was incredible, so much choice. However the rooms need updating there were marks all over the room, the shower had a grotty shower curtain and the mattressss were quite hard. We only stayed one night so we weren’t too bothered but would hate it if we’d had to stay longer.
